**Position Purpose:**
The Financial Services & Payments Finance Manager is responsible for managing the FS&P P&L including cost of acceptance, PLCC Gain Share and G&A. The Finance Manager's responsibilities include: (i) P&L forecasting and planning, (ii) preparing and presenting financial analysis to FS&P leadership, (iii) preparing monthly and ad-hoc reporting, (iv) identifying trends and develop/implement strategies to achieve financial targets, and (v) reviewing and analyzing the performance of Home Depot's Private Label Credit Card portfolios. **Key Responsibilities:**

+ Leads, plans, and coordinates work teams in an efficient manner to effectively perform any financial function and activity; utilizes metrics to track performance and manage workload. Ensures operational processes and procedures are compliant and consist with established policies.

+ Project Management- Develops and supports a strategic alliance with business partners.
