Responsibilities for the Project Manager (Energy sector) include but are not limited to:
· Managing large scale utility projects from start to finish
· Developing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
· Leading project teams and coordinating activities to ensure that project goals are met.
· Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks.
· Communicating with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project status.
· Managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
· Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and external partners.
· Leading project meetings and facilitating discussions to drive project progress.
· Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
· Supporting the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· 5-8 years experience managing projects; ideally utility, construction, or infrastructure projects
· Bachelors degree in engineering, management, construction, or related field preferred
· Experience with financial forecasting, managing a budget, contract management, reviewing plans, planning, scheduling, communicating, updating records and databases.
· Proficient with MS Office and similar computer applications.
· Electric utility experience required. (non-IT projects)
· Electrical engineering or construction background
· PMP Certification preferred

**Pay Details:** $64.00 per hour

Responsibilities - Perform various land surveying tasks under the direction of more senior Land Surveyors including:
* Operation, transport and setup of Robotic total stations, data collectors, GPS, and other land surveying equipment
* Land surveying including boundary line, topographic survey, construction stakeout and utility surveys
* Reconnaissance and recovery of land surveying markers through use of hand tools and digging
* Construction stakeout of proposed improvements, including installation of stakes through use of sledgehammers and hand tools
* Operation and maintenance of surveying equipment
* Documenting all phases of survey work through clear field notes and data collection
Skills and Abilities
* Proficient in reading, understanding, and evaluating the significance of survey, right-of-way, engineering, and architectural drawings with respect to each survey project
* Ability to learn the proper use of GPS equipment and Robotic Instruments and mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of geometry
* Ability to learn and understand the basics of boundary, topographic, construction, and utility surveys

Qualifications
