Responsibilities:
+ Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required
+ Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
+ Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
+ Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor

- Demonstrated excellence in written, oral, and interpersonal communication
- Experience in teaching and classroom management
- Commitment to Christian faith in a Christian liberal Arts higher education environment.
- Successfully pass a required background check.
Preferred:
- Three or more years of experience in baccalaureate nursing education
- Three or more years of experience in the specialty area of Pediatric Nursing
- Doctorate completed or enrolled in a doctoral program in nursing or a similar field.
- Proficiency with online and on-ground teaching at the university level
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with students of diverse backgrounds.

TRAINING & SUPPORT
Grow with confidence as you embrace new skills in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care. We’ll ensure you’re prepared with comprehensive training and 24-hour support. While pediatric experience is a plus, it's not required. If you’re passionate about hands-on care and making a difference, we’ll be right here to guide you.
