Requirements

+ They will be placed in clusters so if they go to another school to assist a student, the school will be very close by (just depends on the school and how many students need virtual sessions in a day)
+ No Bachelor's degree needed or certifications BUT must have some experience working with children in some capacity, and admin experience
+ School aide who has worked in a school setting before and is comfortable working in a special education classroom environment
