- Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to lift and carry infants, bend, and stoop frequently.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
