* Ensure that Operations technology solutions align with business needs and strategic goals across the spectrum of enterprise applications, collaboration tools, workflow technologies and business intelligence, which includes translating business practices to system requirements

* Work with vendors and suppliers in the development and testing of the systems
* Partner with Learning & Development to create processes and procedures for deployment of requirements into the field
* While leading future state process design and driving new systems implementations on-site, continue to support current state processes within an existing legacy technology ecosystem
Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree - Business, MIS or Supply Chain
* 8 years of experience leading diverse and multi-functional teams
* 8 years of experience implementing technology and reporting systems in a large enterprise environment or 8 years of experience in business integration activities (systems conversions, implementing harmonized best practices and homogenizing business reports)
* Effectively collaborating across teams to drive results
* The ability to communicate effectively, at all levels of a large organization
* Experience with Warehouse and/or Transportation Management Systems, or strong familiarity with concepts of the same
* Experience leading a Customer Support team
* Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts including requirements gathering/evaluation, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing and production validation
* Lean or Six Sigma certification, or deep familiarity with concepts related to continuous process improvement preferred

Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end software lifecycle in support of critical projects aligned to CB Finance. Leverages data and partnerships with business + technology to forecast development, ensure scope matures through key phase gaps, and reconciles actual development to understand budgetary spend. Collaborates on strategic plans to ensure alignment with business objectives for CB Finance. Contributes to functional strategy development and process documentation. Typically determines own work priorities paired with consistent contractor/cross-functional stakeholder interactions.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead staff-level resource for CB Finance's 'Blueprint' team activities. This includes, but is not limited to: budgetary & developer capacity analysis; Business' scope handover to Technology development/testing; Plan vs spend reporting for Finance Blueprint's portfolio; and process/program documentation authoring.
- Adheres to quality control parameters to ensure critical scope is prioritized and able to achieve business milestones & commitments.
- Prepares deliverable content for Leadership & key plan-of-record deadlines/ceremonies.
- Defines a plan of action to ensure business continuity during times of delay downstream in the lifecycle; including risk escalation as appropriate.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment & discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Ability to work (occasional) nights, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
- Ad hoc and responsibilities as organization evolves.
