**Job Description**
The Lead Digital & Performance Marketing role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building & scaling consumer brands. Our aim is to grow a portfolio of brands profitably and with self-sustaining business practices.
The right candidate for this role has experience in building new brands on D2C, Amazon and retailer.coms via a mix of channels including TV, audio, search, social, retail media and CRM.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute media strategies across channels & media types including search, social, display, retail media and programmatic
+ Forecasts spend and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and seasonal priorities
+ Own media budget allocation across channels and retail partners
+ Align media investments with retailer priorities, product launches, and promotional calendars
+ Drive campaign planning, execution, and optimization to meet performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
+ Ensure best in class content and brand presence online
+ Ensure optimized product content, imagery, and SEO on retailer.com platforms
+ Support digital shelf strategy including ratings & reviews, search performance, and content health
+ Monitor and improve product detail pages (PDPs) to ensure brand consistency and conversion optimization.
+ Manage ongoing health & optimization of multiple brand websites and apps
+ Proactively optimize consumer experience and journey on D2C websites and apps that drive engagement, conversion & loyalty
+ Own and provide clear analysis of site performance
+ Lead developer team to make needed changes to sites
+ Manage relationships with external agencies, retail media networks and content syndication partners
+ Deliver ongoing reporting & analysis of business performance with clear actionable insight to deliver business goals
**Qualifications**
**Educational qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred
**Minimum work experience:** 10+ years Consumer Marketing experience
**Skills & attributes:**
- Experience leading brands with strong sales from D2C, retailer.com and Amazon
- Experience with deployment of apps, software development & site development
- Relevant experience in digital marketing and eCommerce
- Deep digital & performance marketing including SEM, SEO, GEO, PPC, Affiliate, Email & SMS marketing
- Experience with industry-leading technology stacks & tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klayvio & Shopify
- Experience in pharma/OTC and women's wellness a plus
- Direct media buying & optimization experience a plus (Retail Media, Google Search & Meta)
