What You'll Do
- Work with pipefitters, apprentices, and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for refrigeration system installation.
- Use math and measurement skills to perform accurate field layouts.
- Install hangers, brackets, and stands according to specifications.
- Prep pipes for welding using power and hand tools.
- Use fitting tools to ensure proper installation.
- Operate telehandlers, forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
- Work in industrial settings, including food processing and manufacturing plants.
- Maintain, clean, and organize tools and work areas.
- Identify faulty equipment or defective materials.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Prior pipefitting experience required; on-the-job training available for qualified candidates.
- Ability to use a tape measure and perform job-related math.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel and work 45-50 hours per week, including occasional weekends.

- Crisis Stabilization and Inpatient Diversion (CSID) CSID is a 4-bed acute facility which provides short-term stays for adults with acute psychiatric symptoms to help avoid the need for a higher level of care, such as an inpatient psychiatric hospital, or to serve as a step-down from inpatient psychiatric care to prepare for a return to community-based support.
- The Recovery Residence is a four-bed Intensive Recovery Residence (IRR) and a licensed Level 3 Residential Care Home. This facility provides supervised and supported recovery intervention services in a residential location for adults in the early stages of recovery.
- Both facilities are 24/7 and need an RN to oversee the medical portion (under direction from the Program Managers and Medical Director) of the programs, according to the State license. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5pm, all in-person work.
