Carlson & Stewart Refrigeration is a design-build contractor specializing in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems throughout the Upper Midwest. What You'll Do
- Work with pipefitters, apprentices, and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for refrigeration system installation.
- Use math and measurement skills to perform accurate field layouts.
- Install hangers, brackets, and stands according to specifications.
- Prep pipes for welding using power and hand tools.
- Use fitting tools to ensure proper installation.
- Operate telehandlers, forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
- Work in industrial settings, including food processing and manufacturing plants.
- Maintain, clean, and organize tools and work areas.
- Identify faulty equipment or defective materials.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Prior pipefitting experience required; on-the-job training available for qualified candidates.
- Ability to use a tape measure and perform job-related math.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel and work 45-50 hours per week, including occasional weekends.

YOUR ROLE: As the Lead Data Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass multiple phases, including assessing the existing data environment, selecting a cloud vendor (AWS or Azure), designing a target data architecture, migrating organizational data to this new environment, and continuously managing and enhancing the data ecosystem.
