Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Styling and Image Consultant located in Redondo Beach, CA. The Styling and Image Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized style and image consultations, helping clients select wardrobe pieces that enhance their strengths and suit their preferences. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients in-store and during at-home appointments, assisting with trunk shows, and delivering specialized training sessions. The Consultant will also communicate effectively with clients to understand their style needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Image Consulting and Style Consulting skills
• Consulting and Communication skills
• Effective phone etiquette skills

• Proven experience as a Fashion Stylist, with at least 5 years in the industry, preferably in e-commerce or editorial.

• In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, and the fashion industry landscape.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, proportion, and silhouette.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
