Your Role: Finance Manager, Pet Health Retail
As the Finance Manager for Elanco’s US Pet Health Retail Business Unit, you’ll be at the financial helm of a fast-paced, $550M portfolio of OTC and Rx products sold through major retailers. In this high-impact role, you’ll serve as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, driving performance management, forecasting, and financial planning that directly shape the future of Elanco’s retail presence.
You’ll lead with insight and influence, bringing financial rigor to commercial decisions, enhancing gross margin through proactive pricing and ROI analysis, and championing financial governance. Your Responsibilities:
Partner with PH Retail BU leadership to deliver financial results, including performance tracking, OPEX control, and gross margin improvement initiatives
Lead financial forecasting, reporting, and planning processes including business plans and latest forecasts
Drive pricing governance, ROI tracking, and compliance for gross-to-net programs; support rebate accruals and accounting
Manage income statement and perform key SOX controls, journal entries, and GL reconciliations
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial analytics capabilities and share best practices across the US Finance team
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience: A minimum of 4–6 years of financial or accounting experience
Top 2 skills: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex financial processes
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications):
MBA and/or professional certification (CPA, CFA)
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Comfort working with large datasets and advanced Excel skills
Demonstrated business ownership and project management experience

Your Role: Pet Health Sales Intern
As a Pet Health Sales Intern, you will be able to jump into the Pet Health Veterinary Sales organization and call on your own assigned accounts. You’ll have key goals (as outlined in your project) and will conduct business as if you’re a full-time Pet Health Veterinary Sales Representative.
Your Responsibilities:
Implement outlined program within your assigned territory
Drive product excitement within territory utilizing Elanco sales process
Track and present results to Pet Health Veterinary Sales Leadership
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Currently enrolled in undergrad studies graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent phone, speaking, and presentation skills
Must be able to work exceptionally well independently and with minimal supervision
Driver certification or license is required, as this position will require travel

As a Veterinary Sales Representative on the US Pet Health team, you’ll engage with veterinary customers to achieve a sales goal with Elanco products within an assigned geography. Pet Health Veterinary Field Representatives will play an important role in our success as we embark on a historic launch period for Elanco Animal Health and the Pet Health Organization.

- Provides a key leadership role for distributor representatives within their assigned geography.

Your Role: Pet Health District Sales Manager - Florida Atlantic District
As a District Sales Manager, you will coach and lead a district of approximately 10 territories in the US Pet Health Veterinary Sales Organization. As the Pet Health organization embarks on a historic launch period, your leadership will be critical to the success of Elanco.

Responsible for developing and executing business plans with the corporate veterinary account headquarters within the district’s defined geography.
Development of a business plan for utilization of all the provided resources to accomplish the planned objectives of the District.
Executing business plans of the channel partners with the coordination of the Sales Manager and the Sr. Executive Representative responsible for each channel partner.
Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of reporting metrics and business reports to ensure the placement and utilization of resources for maximum business results.
Responsible for implementation of the marketing plans through the representatives to key veterinary hospitals and across all of the channel partners.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree; or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience
Experience: Minimum of at least 5 years animal health sales experience and/or previous experience managing a sales team

Elanco currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from $114,600 to $197,700, depending partly on the successful candidate’s qualifications, including education and experience. Your Role: US Pet Health Veterinary Sales Representative
As a Veterinary Sales Representative on the US Pet Health team, you’ll engage with veterinary customers to achieve a sales goal with Elanco products within an assigned geography. Pet Health Veterinary Field Representatives will play an important role in our success as we embark on a historic launch period for Elanco Animal Health and the Pet Health Organization.
Your Responsibilities:
Provides a key leadership role for distributor representatives within their assigned geography.
Responsible for product placement with targeted accounts in assigned geographical area.
Responsible for executing sales objectives and strategies with corporate own hospitals.
Responsible for completing a territory business plan with key essential wins identified as part of the plan. Executing the plan as the year progresses will be expected.
Territory representative will complete all set objectives, achieve sales goals while operating within an assigned expense budget.
Key liaison with local veterinary associations coordinating efforts surrounding the state VMA meetings.
Responsible for spending a defined amount of time in the field executing face to face meetings with hospital influencers.
Representative will be responsible for setting up and executing launch meetings in conjunction with veterinary services in support of each product launch.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/ GED with equivalent level of experience
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales or equivalent selling experience in a competitive selling environment or previous Elanco intern
