PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Provides pharmaceutical sales support to dialysis facilities and HCPs within assigned sales territory. Functions as a pharmaceutical product resource.

EDUCATION:

+ Basic computer skills.
+ Required to meet healthcare credentialing requirements such as training, immunizations, drug screening, and infectious disease testing.

The EVERSANA/Millicent Pharma Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for selling Intrarosa & Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory. Our Representative will be providing value by engaging Health Care Professionals, Office Staff and Decision Makers in face to face discussions with the goal of promoting the assigned Client product(s), maximizing the selling potential, and meeting/exceeding all goals and objectives.  Sales Representatives are expected to possess a high knowledge level of their product(s), customer and territory. Sales Representative will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use.

Qualifications

Requirements:  

  • BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university - focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience, OR outside/field B2B (business to business), OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional that has current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory
  • Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography
  • Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities
  • Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred
  • Computer Skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% as requested - up to 2 hour radius from headquarter city s ome overnight travel may be required

**Key Responsibilities Include:**
+ Generating volume and market share growth for assigned pharmaceutical products within a specific geographic area.
+ Selling presentations to physicians and other health care professionals, primarily in an office-based setting.
+ Developing an understanding of the issues and opportunities unique to the geography, particularly in managed health care.
+ Manage allocated resources (samples, promotional and educational materials) to maximize return within regulatory and ethical guidelines.
+ Maintains accountability for all pharmaceutical samples in accordance with FDA and PDMA guidelines.
+ Utilize the sales automation system to document call and program activity.

**Basic:**
+ BA/BS required
**Preferred:**
+ Minimum of 2 years business-to-business outside sales experience with demonstrated record of impact preferred.
+ 1-2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience with demonstrated record of impact preferred

The Lilly Gastroenterology Specialty Territory Managers will be responsible for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence the treatment for the disease states represented in the Lilly gastroenterology portfolio. This includes HCPs in dedicated gastroenterology practices and infusion centers, as well as representatives in key hospital accounts, including gastroenterologist, gastroenterology fellows, gastroenterology educators, chief internal medicine residents, chief family practice residents and residents involved in gastroenterology rotations.
