About the role
Help us grow a high-potential territory and launch a new ENT product while driving adoption across Psychiatry and Primary Care. You’ll build lasting prescriber relationships and own results across diverse call points.

What you’ll do
- Drive new Rx growth and market share across target specialties
- Launch and detail a new ENT product with crisp messaging & pull-through
- Cultivate and expand prescriber networks—especially in Psychiatry and ENT
- Plan efficient routes aligned to territory maps; maintain accurate CRM reporting
- Operate with high compliance and strong business acumen.
What you’ll bring
- 1+ year of outside sales experience (required)
- 4-year college degree (required)
- Already reside within the territory (no relocation considered)
- 2+ years corporate work experience ; we’re not considering brand-new grads
- Preferred: Recent pharma sales experience and/or active Psych or ENT relationships
