Compensation range: $18.00-$22.00/hr - based on experience

How do our Photographers Drive Impact?

• Manage final look and feel of vehicle listings including accuracy of data
• Assist as needed with set design and layout
• Vehicle photography utilizing a DSLR (Digital single-lens reflex) camera
• Upload and edit photos of inventory to be posted on various internal and external websites
• Data entry of vehicle equipment
• Narrative story writing of used vehicle’s features and history
• Homenet building of used vehicles and acquiring MSRP
• Write descriptions for our vehicles
• Capturing engagement through enhancing the digital listing
• Building packages online and bring a product expert
• Create new and used vehicle build sheets
• Verify accuracy on the packages of vehicles
• Weekly digital listing audit to verify accuracy
• Floor cleaning (dust mopping and floor scrubbing) and maintenance of photo booth
• Photographing events outside of normal hours may be required occasionally
• Assist and cross train in Dealer Support, Auction, and Detail department as needed

• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

We're Looking For:

• 2 or 4 year degree from an accredited institution with a degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field preferred
• Must have prior experience in photo editing software (Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Programs
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and have an eye for accuracy
• Must have good problem-solving skills and work well under pressure
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift (up to 30 lbs.) and be on your feet for an extended period of time
• Must have general automotive technology knowledge or a willingness to learn
• Camera and photography equipment proficiency (shutter speed, manual focus, settings) preferred
• Familiarity with studio lighting, setup, and design preferred
• Tekion Experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Photograph weddings, corporate events, and lifestyle sessions in alignment with brand style and quality standards
• Operate professional lighting setups confidently (on-camera flash, off-camera flash, and continuous lighting)
• Work seamlessly with team members, planners, and creative directors to ensure complete event coverage
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and venues
• Maintain consistent image quality, composition, and storytelling throughout the event
• Deliver RAW files promptly for editing and post-production

Requirements

• Proven experience photographing weddings and/or corporate events
• Strong technical understanding of lighting setups — must know how to operate lighting independently
• Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems (Canon, Sony, or Nikon preferred)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Arizona and Southern California
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Professionalism, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude are essential
• Portfolio showcasing your work is required

Preferred Skills

• Experience photographing luxury weddings or high-end corporate events
• Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Ability to follow timelines and direction while maintaining creative initiative
• Videography skills are a plus

• Per-event compensation based on experience and assignment type

Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 based on experience and qualifications

Do you have a keen eye for capturing and editing images?

This role will be primarily responsible for serving as a photographer for a federal government client.

The position is full time at the client site in Oxnard, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Take photographs of people, places, events, and products.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs.
• Set up lighting, cameras, and other equipment for photo shoots.
• Utilize software like Photoshop to edit and enhance images.
• Enhance images through editing and retouching.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other members of the team.
• Manage schedules and deadlines for projects.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 7+ years of experience of photography experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multitask
• Must be proficient with Adobe Creative graphic design and video applications (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Rush, Media Encoder).
• Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
• Ability to obtain secret security clearance
