+ Assess, diagnose, and treat patients according to established medical standards
+ Perform comprehensive physical examinations, including vital signs assessment, audiometry, vision testing, spirometry, phlebotomy, and TB skin testing
+ Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens
+ Respond to emergency situations and provide necessary resuscitative measures
+ Administer medications via various routes (topical, oral, intravenous, intramuscular)
+ Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays and laboratory studies
+ Refer patients to specialists when medically appropriate
+ Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Occupational Medicine or other specialty

+ At least two (2) years of experience in occupational health or related fields (public health, community health, outpatient clinic, emergency department, ambulatory healthcare)
+ Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
+ US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
+ Valid driver's license with excellent driving record

This busy NICU provides comprehensive medical and surgical care to sick neonates. We have a variety of sub-specialists support e.g. Pediatric Surgery, Cardiology, Radiology, Neurology, Neuro-surgery etc. Our team is well supported by dedicated respiratory therapists, nutritionists, pharmacists, social workers and case managers. Our campus also has a Pediatric ICU and Pediatric Cardiac ICU.
Our NICU features leading edge technologies, including nitric oxide therapy, hypothermia management, neonatal surgeries etc. We have an active Neonatal transport team with ability to use inhaled Nitric Oxide and therapeutic hypothermia during transport.
We are seeking Neonatal Advanced Practice Registered Nurses to join our Neonatal team.
+ The NNP is responsible for providing care for NICU patients within the scope of licensure and within the supervising physician's scope of practice
+ Evaluate patients, perform procedures, develop treatment plans, order and interpret labs, x-rays and other diagnostic studies per specialty guidelines and under the guidance of the Neonatologist
+ Communicate with parents, other specialists and among NICU team
We are seeking Neonatal Advanced Practice Registered Nurses or Physician Assistants to join our Neonatal team
+ The APRN/PA is responsible for providing care for NICU patients within the scope of licensure and within the supervising physician's scope of practice
+ Evaluate patients, perform procedures, develop treatment plans, order and interpret labs, x-rays and other diagnostic studies per specialty guidelines and under the guidance of the Neonatologist
+ Communicate with parents, other specialists and among NICU team
+ This position consists of a combination day, night, and weekend shifts
**Required Education:**
+ Master's Degree in Nursing with Neonatology focus, or Master's Degree in physician assistant studies with a focus in Neonatology
**Required Licensure and Certifications:**
+ Must hold a valid Florida APRN License with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or Physician Assistant license (Or ability to obtain a Florida License)
+ Certification through NCC (or eligible)
+ NRP certification
+ 1-2 years of experience in the NICU as an RN (highly preferred)
+ 1-2 years of experience in the NICU as a Neonatal APRN or Neonatal PA-C (preferred but not request)

**Baylor Scott & White Health is hiring BC and BE Neurologists in several locations throughout Central Texas, in Austin and the surrounding area. Opportunities at our medical centers in Austin, Marble Falls, Round Rock, Temple and Pflugerville, Texas, are currently available.**
**We currently have openings for Outpatient General Neurologists, a Neuro-hospitalist, and an Epilepsy focused Neurologist in the Austin area.** Subspecialty interests are welcome to apply given there is interest to also see general neurology patients. No call or inpatient work is required for the outpatient positions. The Neuro-hospitalists will work a 7 days on/off schedule.
**An Outpatient Neurologist is needed at our large academic campus located in Temple, Texas.** The work setting is primarily outpatient, and a light mix of inpatient involvement is available for those interested.
**An Outpatient Neurologist is also needed at our large community based clinic located in Waco, Texas.** The work setting is outpatient only; no call or inpatient involvement.
