**About the role**
HealthFitness is looking for a **Group Class Instructor** to join the fitness team at our client site located in **Beaumont, Texas** (TX) to teach one class per week and sub for other instructors as needed.
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
+ Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire.
+ 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
+ Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
+ Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Compensation: $15.00/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional commission opportunities for someone with an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved Personal Trainer certification.

Qualifications
- Certification in group fitness or specific formats (e.g., Zumba, Les Mills, Yoga).
- Ability to engage and inspire participants of all fitness levels.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and punctual.

Requirements:- A valid nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification (ex., NASM, ISSA, ACE).
- CPR certified.
- 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness classes.
- GED or High School diploma.
