+ Responsible for coordinating the daily Pilot operational requirements including (but not limited to) Crew Schedule shift staffing, the scheduling, rescheduling and reassignment of crew members and the manning of crew members at each base.
**What you'll do**
+ Coordinates the coverage of open sequences for each crew base according to the provisions of the AA/APA contractual labor agreement(s) and FAR 117 Limitations
+ Assists the Manager on Duty with daily operational requirements and ensures that any open time incurred due to operational causes (such as weather, irregular operations, charters, ferries, equipment substitutions, etc.) is allocated to a base that can cover the operation in the most expeditious and cost efficient way possible
+ Supervises, leads, and guides a team of Crew Schedulers
+ Supervises ongoing and annual talent conversations/development, performance management, coaching and counseling, and recruiting
+ Coaches and counsels employees to correct and improve performance
+ Motivates team for continual improvement in process and internal customer experience
+ Assists the Senior Manager with special assignments as necessary
+ Attends crew system development meetings and provide direction to IT on behalf of the pilot crew scheduling department
+ Participates in the pilot JCBA implementation and automation
+ Leads extensive grievance and pay claim research
+ Leads in coordination of integration of pilot crew scheduling teams
+ Participates in the development and revision of contractual materials and presentations
+ Researches and provides coverage report updates

Many kids who come to Rock House Kids live in areas prone to crime and other unsafe activities. Our drivers must be able and willing to pick up in inner-city areas and housing projects. We use large passenger vans to pick up and drop off kids each night.

You will need a current driver’s license to be one of our van drivers. A firm, influential approach is ideal.

As with our other Rock House Kids volunteers, our drivers share our vision of providing a safe place, in this case, transportation, while being a positive and godly role model for the children.

Drivers:

·Arrive at RHK no later than 4:45 PM for pick-up and finish around 8:30-8:45 PM after drop-offs, Monday through Thursday.

oDrivers are needed all four nights.

oWe will work with you to determine the night/nights that work best with your schedule.

·If possible, we ask our drivers to plan to come back to RHK between pick-ups and drop-offs just to hang out with the kids. This will help in building trust-based relationships with them.

As a Contract Instructor Pilot, you will support military pilots in maintaining their qualification level in the Pilot Training Device by executing approved pilot training syllabi, upgrade, and tactics training. This position involves providing pilot training using the F-35 Full Mission Simulator (FMS) and operating the Instructor Operating Station (IOS). The instructor will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pilot training and tactics development, as well as recommendations for courseware updates.

This position will serve as on-site crewmember in support of deployed (OCONUS) UAS flight operations. Duties will include aircraft/sensor operations, mission coordinator activities, maintenance, and logistical tasks in support of the Aerosonde Mk 4.7 UAS system. Perform as a Subject Matter Expert on all aspects of UAS operations. Participate in daily flight operations, site stand-ups and interface with customers. Additional duties will include emplacement, displacement, inspection, and repair of associated equipment as well as proper notation of logbooks and flight records.
Primary duties will require extensive travel, both domestically and internationally including deployments and training exercises. Deployment locations vary between heavily populated US Coalition bases, austere forward operating bases, and other areas throughout the world. **_Responsibilities_**
* Operational support of deployed flight operations
* Perform as a deployed Aerosonde UAS Crewmember
* Travel and deploy worldwide with Domestic and Foreign Militaries as well as Domestic and International Customers as required
* Direct interface with military customers
* Work in groups or independently with minimal or no supervision
* Will be required to work odd shifts, weekends, and/or extended hours
* Responsible for data management and generation
* Provide support for general logistics functions
* Maintain site support equipment IAW maintenance procedures outlined in initial training
* Troubleshoot technical problems and communicate/implement technical solutions
* Practice ISO 9001 principles and concepts
**_Physical Requirements:_**
Flight crews are required to complete crew chief and maintenance qualification activities. These qualifications require the ability to lift the aircraft as a two-person lift, approximately 40-50lbs per person. Crewmember must be able to walk with the aircraft and load onto the launcher. Following loading the aircraft, crewmember must perform preflight launch items that may take up to or more than 30-45 minutes of standing and maneuvering around the launcher system. Outside of launch/recovery operations, crewmember responsibilities may include inventory management activities and must be able to perform physical work requirements during a 12 to 14-hour shift in a deployed environment. Deployed temperatures range from -10ºF to 115ºF dependent on the locations and seasons. This position is also subject to the below physical requirements-
Deployment conditions may include, but not limited to:
* Deployed in austere environments for 6-9 months of the year
* 12-14 hour work shifts 7 days per week for duration of deployment.
Inventory and maintenance management activities to include but not limited to:
* Rotating Launch/recovery trailer
* Replacing launcher material up to two-man lifts of 150 lbs
* Maneuvering aircraft within maintenance hangar
* Organizing inventory
o Loading and palletizing materials onto air force 365L pallets utilizing tri-walls
o Moving inventory and materials from the shelf to the maintenance hangar

* Education:
o 2 Year Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Requirements:
o Candidate must complete a three-week online training program hosted on Textron Systems Learning Portal. This course consists of aviation weather, basic data link theory, and general concepts of Aerosonde Operations as well as Aerosonde Simulator training.
o Candidate must be able to safely and effectively perform the duties of an Aerosonde UAS Crewmember without supervision. Duties including flight and ground equipment setup, as well as logs and records.
o Candidate must have the ability to coordinate flight schedules and airspace, allocate resources, frequency deconfliction and execute other day-to-day aspects of flight operations.
o Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing.
o Candidate must be able to meet medical requirements per DoD instruction (see below for specifics on this) and deploy globally with military forces - Deployment conditions may include, but not limited to:
§ Deployed in austere environments for 6-9 months of the year
§ 12-14 hour work shifts 7 days per week for duration of deployment.
o Candidate must possess strong leadership skills.
o Basic computer skills are required. Computer networking experience is highly desired.
* Preferred experience:
o Maritime aviation and/or maintenance experience with U.S Navy or Coast Guard highly desired
o Deployed UAS operations in support of military operations
o Maritime UAS operations
o FAA licenses or certificates such as private pilot, commercial pilot, instrument rating, CFI, CFI-I, A&P

Minimum requirement for **Associate Flight Crew** is that the candidate has 1-5 years of related experience or bachelor's degree in a related field and with at least one of the following:
* UAS Operator Certificate
* FAA Private Pilot Certificate
* UAS Maintainer Certificate

* Military Aviation Maintenance (rotary or fixed wing)
* Previous deployment/operational experience in a related field
