Sign on Bonus:

The Job You Will Perform:

• Safely operate a sit-down powered industrial truck (PIT);

• Pulls orders and stock to Work In Process (WIP) area.

• Maintains Work In Process area in a neat and orderly fashion.

• Maintains forklift/pull pack on a daily basis.

• Maintains baler.

• Responsible for managing the waste of the department.

• Follows proper lock-out/tag-out procedure;

• Maintains housekeeping standards at all times.

• Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety.

• Keeps appropriate records and reports (complete forms, logs, inventory and records accurately - as required).

• Follows all safety rules and practices at all times; and

• Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.

The Skills You Will Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years PIT experience

• Previous PIT operating experience in an industrial manufacturing or other labor intensive work experience is required

• Corrugated industry manufacturing environment preferred

• Know what a monotrol pedal is and how it operates

• Be able to multitask in a very fast-paced environment

• Be computer literate and effectively use scanning equipment and arranging for the transportation of products

• The ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.

• Shrink wraps pallets and products on pallets.
• Must be able to complete transactions and research errors in inventory in order to keep product current and from expiring.
• Will perform other duties such as receiving, shipping, WIP moving or RTS as needed.
