**You Are:**
The PL/SQL Developer will be designing, developing, testing and maintaining complex PL/SQL code to support the client.
**The work:**
+ Perform logical database (re)design, develop within-database code (e.g., PLSQL), and develop web app UI and services within MS SQL Server, Oracle databases and their associated stack (e.g., OS, Web and App Servers)
+ Maintain and refactor existing applications
+ Design new applications with user interfaces or applications that provide services to other consuming applications
**Here's what you need** **:**
+ 5+ years of experience with PL/SQL
+ 2+ years of experience with legacy system maintenance
+ Experience with Agile (SCRUM, Kanban), Standard SDLC, CMMI compliant projects
+ 2+ years of experience managing a technical team with direct reports

+ Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java, microservices.net, C#, T-SQL

An employer in Houston is looking for a PL/SQL Developer. This person will be developing PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers and functions. This person will mainly be doing production support, responding to multiple user requests if for example the performance of is too slow. ISQL developer must develop high-quality database solutions to implement and optimize with stored procedures and functions using Oracle PL/SQL. They will review and interpret ongoing business and functional requirements and research the required data structures. The likely salary range for this position is $117,300 - $158,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
