What You'll Do:
- Support New & Existing Agencies: Assist agency owners and staff with onboarding, training logistics, and day-to-day business needs.
- Drive Growth Initiatives: Help implement district-wide sales and marketing strategies that support agency growth.
- Coordinate Meetings & Events: Schedule, prep, and track participation in district meetings, webinars, and training sessions.
- Run the Office Like a Pro: Keep office operations smooth with your attention to detail, tech skills, and organized approach.
- Reporting & Projects: Assist with data tracking, performance dashboards, and internal communications.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Have 1+ year of experience in insurance (Auto, Home, Life, Health, or Commercial) or a service-oriented office environment.
- Strong with Microsoft Office, web tools, and comfortable navigating CRMs or data platforms.

Role Overview:
The Site Coordinator leads and manages after-school program operations at assigned sites. This position is responsible for planning and implementing enriching activities, recruiting participants, coordinating schedules, and supervising part-time staff and volunteers. The Site Coordinator ensures adherence to Woodcraft Rangers policies, funding and partner requirements, and health guidelines to maintain a safe, nurturing environment. They collaborate closely with school personnel, parents, and community partners to support program success and youth development.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations ensuring safety, including physical distancing, PPE usage, wellness screenings, and maintaining clean environments.
Supervise and support part-time site staff, club leaders, students, and volunteers with coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Implement and ensure the success of all enrichment programs and projects at the site.
Meet all deadlines and compliance requirements set by Woodcraft Rangers, funders, partners, and districts.
Organize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to meet key deadlines and stakeholder needs.
Coordinate events, meetings, and activities with school administration, parents, and community organizations to promote program awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with the Program Manager and support organizational goals.
Attend departmental meetings and professional development trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience coordinating programs in expanded learning or youth recreational settings.
At least two years supervisory experience.
Experience working with youth across diverse age groups and backgrounds.
AA Degree or at least 9 units in Child Development preferred; working towards BA in social work, education, recreation, or related field a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience working with ethnically and culturally diverse communities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
Valid LIVE Scan, TB Clearance, and CPR Certification required.
Must have a personal smartphone for business communication purposes.

Role Overview:
The Assistant Site Coordinators are responsible for supporting the Site Coordinator in overseeing all on-site logistics, with an emphasis on administrative responsibilities. The Assistant Site Coordinator supports the on-site team to deliver impactful and fun after-school program experiences. Serves as a liaison for parents, community members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure students are always in a safe environment (physical and emotional). Promotes an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment that embraces diversity for all program participants, staff, and families.
• In collaboration with the Site Coordinator, supports the on-site team to perform their duties and deliver high-quality programs and/or customer service.
• Coordinates snacks and meals with food services vendor and provides any related training to WR team and submits required documentation to food services vendor.
• Effectively implements site protocols, safety regulations, WR procedures and policies.
• Oversees and tracks all compliance requirements and ensures all required documentation is submitted accurately and timely, including, but not limited to, attendance records, program surveys and summer cycle reports.
• Complies with all applicable safety requirements and emergency protocols, including up to date on all training and required certifications.
• Builds and sustains collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders, including participants, families, site personnel and colleagues.
• Supports the development and planning of culminating activities/end of week activities and/or events that highlight all participants' work and accomplishments.
• May be required to attend off site field trips if the Site Coordinator is not available.
• Participate in staff development training as required, approximately 30 hours spread out over multiple weekends/intersessional days throughout the spring.
• Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• FBI & DOJ Livescan clearance
• TB Test clearance
• First Aid & CPR certification (provided by WR)
• 6 months experience supervising or leading a team and/or a group of children in a school or
recreational setting OR 6 units in child development.
• Ability to use smart phone for work related business (WR provides wifi/cell stipend)
• Woodcraft Rangers will require proof of vaccination for ALL employees providing any in person work with staff or clients.
