Clorox is advancing its Integrated Business Planning capabilities to drive more effective, data-driven decision-making across Business Units (BUs). This position sits within the Demand Planning Center of Excellence, a team dedicated to elevating planning processes, tools, and capabilities across the enterprise.
We are seeking a Demand Planning Analytics Manager who will lead the development of analytical tools and process enhancements to support scalable, insight-driven planning. This role will be instrumental in building analytical solutions and reports using SQL, Python Databricks, and Power BI to uncover forecast drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and enable more accurate and actionable planning. The ideal candidate will combine advanced technical and analytical expertise with deep S&OP process understanding to elevate Clorox's planning capabilities.
Preference for this role is hybrid or onsite. Remote candidates will be considered with travel as needed.
**In this role, you will:**
**Technical Enablement and Model Support**
+ Build and maintain advanced analytical tools and dashboards using SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI to support forecasting and planning insights.
+ Develop scalable reporting solutions that help Demand Planners identify trends, forecast drivers, and performance gaps.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional analytics teams across the enterprise to design and implement solutions that support IBP processes and business needs.
+ Monitor AI/ML model outputs and forecast accuracy across BUs, identifying systematic issues and collaborating with Data Science teams to troubleshoot and improve performance.
+ Support scenario analysis and value/complexity trade-off assessments using advanced analytics.
+ Align with leadership on roadmap enhancements for planning model capabilities and digital tools.
**Process Monitoring and Enhancement**
+ Gather feedback from BU Demand Planners to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
+ Proactively translate challenges in current Demand Planning processes into actionable solutions and technical recommendations.
+ Support the development and deployment of standardized planning methodologies and documentation across BUs.
**Capability Development**
+ Provide production support and training for planning systems such as Kinaxis Rapid Response and Clorox' proprietary AI/ML planning tool.
+ Lead training programs on process changes and digital capability adoption.
+ Identify digital skill gaps and proactively develop plans to enhance technical proficiency across planning teams
+ Collaborate with BU IBP teams to ensure planning tools and models meet business needs.
+ Partner with Product Managers to escalate technical issues and align on system improvements.
+ Foster a community of practice among Demand Planners and Analytics Managers.

As a Director, Global Business Operations, you will be a highly motivated, results-oriented leader driving operational excellence in support of our Global Customer Success organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Success Global Operations, Strategy, and Insights, you will partner closely with CSAM Regional Operations Business Partners, the Global Insights team, and the CS Leadership Team to run the business' operating rhythm. You will lead the business management system including regular operating and inspection cadences, drive thought leadership on agenda and key topics for discussion at a leadership level, and manage the annual planning process for the business. Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $177,900.00 - $87,425.00 base salary
Illinois: 170,900.00 - 241,400.00 base salary
Washington: 170,900.00 - 251,325.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
* Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
* Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

The Technical Subject Matter Expert exhibits a high level of sales and business maturity, operates independently in pre-sales activities, client relationship management and has the proven ability to quickly understand business problems and position the IBM Planning Analytics offerings and differentiators.
The Technical Subject Matter Expert represents the highest degree of technical architecture and design expertise within the Integrated Planning & Analytics space.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Technical Subject Matter Expert you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's Planning Analytics solution will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Client Strategy Design: Creating client strategies focusing on Integrated Planning & Analytics solutions.

Solution Definition: Defining Integrated Planning & Analytics solutions that facilitate collaborative planning, budgeting, and forecasting, alongside "what-if" analysis and reporting.

Educational Support: Providing proof of concepts and simplifying complex topics to educate clients.

Credibility Building: Establishing credibility and trust to facilitate the closure of intricate Integrated Planning & Analytics deals.
Required technical and professional expertise
Technical Expertise and Experience in IBM Planning Analytics:
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with IBM's Planning Analytics products, including their functionalities, integration capabilities, and applications across various sectors.
Sales and Business Development Skills:
Proven ability to drive sales processes, from identifying opportunities and developing relationships to managing client expectations.
Pre-Sales Support and Solution Design:
Experience in delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts, as well as designing solutions to customer requirements.
Strong Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Ability to produce clear and persuasive documentation, proposals, and reports, and to work collaboratively to address complex client needs and provide customized solutions.
Preferred technical and professional experience
