Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this individual is responsible for overseeing master scheduling and operational planning across all manufacturing divisions. The role supports and facilitates order management, scheduling, expediting, assembly, operations, and warehousing to ensure priorities and activities are aligned with demand and on-time delivery. This position also serves as a critical link between sales, manufacturing, operations, and purchasing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains the production schedule, including die-cast and other divisions, and helps prioritize requirements from off-site manufacturing facilities.
- Maintains clear communication with sales, production, operations, and purchasing to ensure timely and efficient production preparation in alignment with operational priorities.
- Reviews and responds to sales/customer ship date inquiries and expedite requests.
- Tracks and reports part shortages or delays that impact orders, communicates issues across departments, and updates sales orders with revised due dates when necessary.
- Maintains the Late Order Report and provides updated timelines to the Sales and Marketing teams to support customer communication and website availability.
- Collaborates with Engineering and Sales to execute new product timelines, manage part changeovers, and coordinate product obsolescence.
- Oversees project timelines and deliverables for large customer rollouts, providing regular lead-time updates to Sales.
- Assists with scheduling priorities across production and operations departments, adapting schedules to meet broader business needs and strategies.
- Drives process improvement initiatives in operations and planning, including proposing and implementing solutions that leverage automation and AI.
- Participates in daily and weekly project and interdepartmental meetings.
- Provides internal customer service as needed, including research, analysis, and process improvement support.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in an operations or scheduling role.
- Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP systems used in manufacturing and production management, as well as proficiency with current office and communication technologies.
- Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce, Google Sheets, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively connect with others and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong grammar and the ability to effectively communicate with senior management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

A day in the life
Supply Planning Managers are responsible for production planning and order fulfillment for Amazon Devices. Supply Planning Managers are connected in the planning process throughout a product's entire lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Manufacturing (EOM).
A typical week starts by understanding week-over- week demand changes and how that impacts the business's ability to balance supply to demand. You will analyze planned versus actual production as inputs change and will communicate supply and operations constraints to cross-functional stakeholders and executives. You will anticipate stocking levels based on demand strategies, create and implement risk mitigation strategies to eliminate supply chain disruptions and drive decisions based on costs using data and inputs from cross-functional teams.
Your weekly planning deliverables will drive capacity decisions and component purchases upstream to suppliers and set the production strategy with Amazon's electronic manufacturing suppliers.

Responsible for measuring, designing, implementing, training and deploying business operating plans for Stericycle's Medical Waste Division and our Compliance Solutions Document Destruction Division within assigned Region of Florida. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
Support and ensure that the projects and initiatives are planned and delivered to the outcomes. This includes:
Develop and implements project governance including project change management.
Manage a central depository of different templates and tools that are approved for effective project delivery.
Ensure compliance with project initiatives, captures, and tracks including their specific financial impact/Strategic value contributions.
Provide the roll up of our executive reporting tools and ensures they are delivered on-time and accurate.
Effectively manage and maintain project risks and issues and following escalation procedures.
Develop efficiencies in project delivery.
Implement and monitor KPI's for project performance.
Manage potential multi-million-dollar projects including but not limited to facility and equipment moves etc.
Develop, manage and communicate project integration office needs where there are cross functional dependencies.
Responsible for numerous deliverables including, Scope definition, Planning, Resource identification/allocation, Gate reviews, Delivery, and overall quality of deliverables.
**PROJECT PLANNING**
Lead the coordination to define the requirements and scope for strategic projects.
Schedule tasks, deadlines, and key milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Looks for ways to mitigate resource constraints and other risks, associated with the timeline.
**PROJECT REPORTING**
Meets with business sponsors on a regular basis to communicate project progress and discuss issues.
Resolves issues with the appropriate level of management.
Effectively manages "scope creep" by building consensus about the necessity to change the original project plan.
**GOALS**
Meets Industrial Engineering and Organizational goals
Partner with Leaders to roll out centralized procedures globally

**Education:**
Required Education: in Bachelors or Business Studies preferred
**Experience:**
