**Responsibilities:**
+ Build a high performing technical team that helps meet or exceed operational objectives (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).
+ Lead site EHS compliance.

+ Monitor and control site failure trends and maintenance costs to identify priorities, possible asset modification or decommissioning required.
+ Actively drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and performance and help achieve plant objectives for change to win (CTW) savings.
+ Effectively partner with Manufacturing Lead/ Supervisor to address manufacturing process issues and target the elimination of repetitive breakdowns.
+ Take leadership role in driving change management for the engineering and maintenance department related to people, structure, technology enhancement, regulatory and company initiatives on productivity.
+ Effectively communicate to management any critical actions needed to restore and maintain the basic conditions of the equipment/ processes to 100% reliability.
+ Ensures harmonization of processes, promotes, and enforces technical standards maintaining up-to-date knowledge and awareness of improvement methodologies and new techniques in maintenance.
+ Benchmark engineering and maintenance best practices against other BD sites and external references.
+ Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ BA/ BS degree in mechanical engineering or related field
+ Minimum 5 years relevant experience in operations
+ Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
+ Experience with Class III medical devices
+ Knowledge/experience working in an FDA regulated environment.
+ Ability to use design software, SolidWorks 3DCAD and Microsoft Project or equivalents.
+ Statistical Analysis Experience Preferred (JMP, Minitab)
+ Experience working in clean rooms; liquid filling processes preferred.

The PEM leads the Engineering and Facilities team, overseeing their development and administrative budgets, while providing day-to-day manufacturing support to optimize plant performance. They manage capital and expense budgets, ensure project execution meets scope, schedule, cost, and requirements, and handle environmental compliance, technical documentation, fixed assets, facility infrastructure, security, fire protection, risk management, permits, and long-term site planning. The PEM reviews and ensures safety in capital and manufacturing improvement projects and is part of the Plant Leadership Team, coordinating resources and managing external consultants and contractors.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Ensure engineers and technical support resources are focused on influencing and delivering the Plant's (customer's) business results and objectives: Including productivity, operating efficiency and quality improvements
+ Cost reduction; environmental compliance; safety; new products / product improvements, technical training, etc. Establish and effectively communicate technical work priorities with the plant organization.
+ Critically review all engineering and technical work and provide appropriate feedback, guidance and direction to those responsible for execution.
+ Provide alignment with the technical approaches being recommended and implemented, including technical work being led /executed by others in non-engineering roles.
+ Ensure conformance to Clorox Eng. Standards and safety/regulatory requirements. Keep Division Engineering Manager apprised of significant /major equipment and technology selections and technical approaches being used. Ownership of the plant's technical documentation including all engineering drawings, studies, calculations, etc., including maintenance and updates in accordance with Company standards.
+ Develop and steward a plan to update technical documentation.
+ Follow established Clorox Capital Project Management practices and procedures including adherence to the Capital Decision Matrix, procurement practices, cost and schedule control, scope management, etc.
+ Accountable for all capital spending at the location.
+ Ensure appropriate systems to monitor and control are in place and functional. Prepare and conduct internal plant reviews, as well as develop/manage the plant's annual and 3 year capital program.
+ Provide quarterly updates in SAP of the latest "Planned Spending" for each budgeted or approved project, no later than the third week following the end of each quarter. Deliver quarterly cash flow forecast.
+ Prepare related one-time expense estimates and forecasts. Responsible for Plant Project (capital & expense) cash flows.
+ Accountable for the mentoring and coaching of the plant's engineering personnel, including those that may not directly report to the PEM.
+ Performance management for all Direct Reports (e.g. MyGPS, Objectives, IDP, Career Interest).
+ Utilize and apply the Engineers Guide to Career Development in the career planning process for engineering personnel.
+ Division Engineering Manager's prior concurrence, schedule and lead "Capability Assessments" for individuals as appropriate. Obtain Division Engineering Manager concurrence on hiring, promotion, filling of open positions and changes in responsibilities for plant engineering personnel.
+ Periodically update Division Engineering Manager on the performance, development plans and career interests of plant engineering personnel.
+ Proactively identify engineering resource needs to support the operation and pending project work.
+ Work directly with OEM for project resource needs. Advise Division Engineering Manager of any additional needs or changes.

**Job Summary**
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop and implement overall plant technical strategies focused on engineering projects and systems. You will develop vertical startup processes to ensure implementation of low loss production systems. **Your Skills and Expertise**

**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Finance, Economics, Data/Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Sciences, Computer Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mathematics).
+ 8+ years of professional experience within the card personalization industry, or closely similar manufacturing setting.
+ Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects across different time zones.
+ Ability to travel internationally (minimum 35%).
+ Advanced background in querying databases and utilizing analytic tools for information intelligence analysis and data visualization + presentation.
+ Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics querying tools.
+ Strong demonstrated project management skills, including creating project roadmaps and tracking implementation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent certification (PMP).
+ Strong background in statistical analysis and translating big data insights into actionable recommendations.
+ Ability to automate and write scripts to create business reports, valuable graphical visualization of data, build automatic forms for customer information input, and automatically generate consulting reports using templates. Also, building data models and business cases.
+ Evident experience presenting in various settings; pre-sales, business case meeting, project delivery, project follow ups, customer complaints, customer experience follow ups, etc.

- preparing work orders out of SAP - processing all documentation for Sr. Technicians
- Participates in the establishment and improvement of new and existing process support equipment
- Provides technical specifications and information to Quality, Manufacturing, Process-Project Engineers, and other MMD requestors
- completing validation protocols, documenting work using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS - Maximo, SAP)
- prepare inspection reports concerning operation and mechanical condition of equipment.
