Job Duties:
- Manages, trains and assists in developing schedules for production team
- Supervises all production activities

**Position Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our construction team in crushing operations with our **Southeast Connector** Project in Fort Worth, TX. This position requires strong knowledge of crushing equipment, including crushers, conveyors, screens, and other aggregate production machinery. The Southeast Connector Project is an interstate widening and reconstruction project in designed to alleviate traffic congestion and improve safety. Major construction on the connector started in early 2023, with completion planned for 2027.
**Primary Responsibilities and Duties**
+ Supervise and lead a team of operators and laborers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the crushing plant.
+ Monitor daily production targets and quality control to meet project specifications.
+ Ensure the maintenance and repair of crushing equipment are carried out as needed.
+ Conduct routine inspections to verify equipment functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
+ Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all company and local safety regulations.
+ Coordinate with the aggregate manager to optimize production processes and resolve operational issues.
+ Maintain accurate records of daily operations, maintenance logs, and production reports.

The Glass Plant Foreman assists the manager with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the glass plant to ensure production and quality standards are met. This position is a hands-on foreman with the ability to perform and oversee all glass plant-related duties. Responsibilities of Position:
- Maintain a safe working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors to the plant site.
- Perform safety observations to prevent workplace injuries proactively.

- Ability to differentiate between various colors of glass.
- Must possess the ability to determine percentages and other mathematical equations.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Position is responsible for the efficient management of assigned plant and operations. This position has direct responsibility for personnel, equipment, scheduling, safety, quality, workmanship, and completion of assigned projects on time and within the estimated budget. This position may include duties within, but not be limited to: Asphalt Material, Equipment, Plant, and Electrical.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1.) Supervise and direct crew to assure completion of assigned project as instructed by the
superintendent and/or other manager. Includes human resources and employee related matters.
2.) See that new personnel receive proper orientation to acquaint them with company policies,
safety requirements, and job responsibilities.
3.) Conduct periodic evaluation of assigned personnel with special emphasis on their
contribution to the company and our contribution to them.
4.) Assist and direct crews in proper use of equipment, improving job performance, controlling
cost and quality of work, increasing productivity, improving communication and
housekeeping on project.
5.) Perform equipment inspections, request maintenance and repairs as needed.
6.) Order materials as needed for the project or operation of the plant.
7.) Monitor assigned personnel and maintain regular work hours. Maintain daily payroll records
and log hours worked for each employee assigned to you.
8.) Complete all required daily reports, verify their accuracy and transmit promptly to the
supervisor.
9.) Ensure all work complies with OSHA, MSHA, local laws, ordinances, and EPA regulations.
10.) Ensure all work is performed with an emphasis on safety. Insist upon compliance of all safety
regulations. Conduct daily huddle meetings with safety as the primary agenda.
11.) Maintain good relations with the general public, engineers, architects, inspectors and
customers to facilitate job progress and to promote a positive company image. Develop a
courteous and considerate attitude toward these groups.
12.) Work long, flexible hours as demanded by our customers including nights, weekends, and
work outside for extended periods during all seasons of the year.

Amrize, one of the largest construction materials producers in the world, is recruiting a full-time Ready Mix Plant Foreman for our new project in Texas City, TX.
New hires must train in Port Arthur for a few weeks before the Texas City project starts, and the project lasts 18 months.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Coordinates and oversees activities of workers engaged in production operations of the RMX division
- Responsible work planning, scheduling, directing, performing, and evaluating the repair and servicing of equipment; establishes deadlines and modifies work schedules to meet deadlines; determines what materials need to be produced and establishes production goals; provides estimates of materials, costs, and timelines for production; inspects actual performance and supervises and assists subordinate employees
- Inspects work facilities to determine proper utilization and maintenance and adherence to safety regulations
- Participate in the preparation of specifications for new construction equipment
- Maintain an effective system of communication with supervisors and customers serviced
- Other duties as assigned
