Purchaser
The Purchaser is responsible for hiring Subcontractors and Vendors for specific Consigli Construction projects. The purchaser will be assigned and work collaboratively with members of the project team including the estimator and project manager, to complete this function on time and on budget.
The individual will work with Consigli personnel and develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors through the prequalification, bid solicitation, and award processes.
Additional responsibilities include risk analysis, writing subcontracts and material purchase agreements, conducting meetings with subcontractors and vendors, and other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- Experience with construction schedules, drawings and specifications. General comprehension.
- Experience with review of estimates and/or budgets for Construction projects and evaluating subcontractor proposals.
- Analytical thinking. Ability to define concise trade package scopes of work prior to buying these packages.
- Ability to communicate in a firm, fair and professional manner, with Subcontractors & peers
- Ability to facilitate and lead proposal (scope of work), review meetings
- High sense of urgency with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

**Job Summary** **:** Following established protocol and under the medical supervision of certified radiologists, CT technologists will produce computerized tomography scanner radiographs of designated anatomical areas as ordered/directed by the physician in order to interpret and diagnose patient disease or injury. Technologists will assist the radiologists on procedures as needed and be responsible for supervision of student Radiologic Technologists assigned to them. Encourages and maintains good customer relations.
**Minimum Qualifications** **:**
**Education:** High school diploma or GED required. Graduate of an accredited school of Allied Health Professionals preferred. Successful completion of an accredited Computed Tomography Program preferred.
**Experience:** One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
**Licensure/Certification:** Registered in Radiologic Technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); or current RSFH teammate with a high school diploma or GED and a permanent certification in Radiography from SCRQSA. ARRT registered in CT preferred. Must have a current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Card. Certified or documentation that certification has been applied for with the SCRQSA.

We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for Pleasant Valley Apartments located in Point Pleasant WV.
Maintenance Technician
Apply maintenance skills and customer service skills to the overall maintenance of the property to ensure that all physical aspects of the property meet all applicable laws as well as the company's established standards. Troubleshoot and repair all aspects of the property and its units; plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, carpentry, appliances, painting, drywall, and groundskeeping. Work may be performed independently or as part of the maintenance team. This position operates within and contributes to an environment with Fair Housing laws and Equal Employment Opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot work orders daily for residents prioritizing the service requests and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion.
Prepare vacant units for new residents ensuring that the unit meets the company standards/checklist.
Maintain the exterior grounds of the property and conduct seasonal duties such as snow removal or lawn maintenance.
Conduct walk-throughs of the entire property to ensure everything is in working order; if not, take the appropriate steps for correction.
Prepare for inspections.
Be available for quick response per company policy when on-call.
Attend staff meetings as required or requested.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager or Property Supervisor.
Working Conditions
Work is typically performed at the property with moderate noise level; however, noise level will vary at times depending on assignment. Walking, standing, sitting, crouching, crawling and climbing are necessary throughout the day. May be exposed to various weather conditions when working on the exterior of the property. It may be necessary to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Education: High School/GED
Work Experience: Open to candidates who are willing to learn and grow in the maintenance field
