We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for Pleasant Valley Apartments located in Point Pleasant WV.
Maintenance Technician
Apply maintenance skills and customer service skills to the overall maintenance of the property to ensure that all physical aspects of the property meet all applicable laws as well as the company's established standards. Troubleshoot and repair all aspects of the property and its units; plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, carpentry, appliances, painting, drywall, and groundskeeping. Work may be performed independently or as part of the maintenance team. This position operates within and contributes to an environment with Fair Housing laws and Equal Employment Opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot work orders daily for residents prioritizing the service requests and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion.
Prepare vacant units for new residents ensuring that the unit meets the company standards/checklist.
Maintain the exterior grounds of the property and conduct seasonal duties such as snow removal or lawn maintenance.
Conduct walk-throughs of the entire property to ensure everything is in working order; if not, take the appropriate steps for correction.
Prepare for inspections.
Be available for quick response per company policy when on-call.
Attend staff meetings as required or requested.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager or Property Supervisor.
Working Conditions
Work is typically performed at the property with moderate noise level; however, noise level will vary at times depending on assignment. Walking, standing, sitting, crouching, crawling and climbing are necessary throughout the day. May be exposed to various weather conditions when working on the exterior of the property. It may be necessary to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Education: High School/GED
Work Experience: Open to candidates who are willing to learn and grow in the maintenance field

The Registered Nurse will provide care in the PACU setting.
The patient ratio is 1:1.
The shift is 4x10 hours from 07:00 to 17:30.
Call requirements are 2 days per week and 2 weekends of call per month.
Always 2 RNs will be on call together.
Surgical scrubs will be provided.
Vaccination for flu is required unless documented medical proof of allergy is provided.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience to be considered.
Candidates must possess a compact or state RN license, with a pending license accepted.
Travelers must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility.
The submission should include a completed candidate profile, specialty-specific skills checklist, and references.
All certifications must be current and valid, issued by the American Heart Association.
Previous probationary actions on license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Candidates who have previously worked as permanent employees cannot return as travelers for 2 years after their last day of work.
Current employees of the organization are not eligible for a travel contract with this facility.
