Average annual wages exceed $100k. (We pay hourly for 2 reasons. One, we want our plumbers to have a stable and dependable income they can count on regardless of the ups and downs in today's economy. Two, we don't want our customers exposed to the high-pressure sales tactics that come with a commission-based pay system.
* The hours are 7:30 am to end of the last call Monday through Friday with every fifth week/weekend on call and every fifth Saturday as the backup plumber. On-call starts on Friday and runs until the following Thursday at midnight. If the plumber fulfills the on-call obligation, they get the Friday immediately after there on call ends off with pay.
