Summary:
Journeyman Plumber required immediately for commercial plumbing service, projects, and installation.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial and High-Density Residential plumbing service and maintenance.
- Commercial and High-Density Residential plumbing retrofit and installation.
- Installation of various types of plumbing and mechanical equipment and associated piping.
- Read blueprints, determine layouts of plumbing fixtures, water supplies, vent and drainage systems, repair and maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems, install commercial plumbing fixtures.
- Work in a safe manner
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Local 290 Member
- Valid Oregon and Washington State Plumbing Licenses
- Valid Oregon Driver's License.
- Understanding of Plumbing state and local codes.
- Must be able to perform service work in a professional and respectful manner.
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials, tools and equipment when required.
- Back Flow certification preferred.
