We have an immediate need for a Project Manager in our Plumbing Division to oversee our plumbing projects in the Southeast region. This position will be based out of our Easley, SC office location.
The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience and a proven track record of successfully managing similar projects. This role requires excellent planning, scheduling, and management skills to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:
Project Planning and Scheduling
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and timelines.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in project scope or unforeseen delays.
Field Management
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly to minimize disruptions and delays.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of field workers, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan for upcoming tasks.
Quality Control
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures and best practices.

Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
- Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.

Budget Management
- Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Approve expenditures and manage financial resources efficiently.

YOUR DAY
As a Plumbing Project Manager - Estimator, you'll be responsible for generating accurate cost estimates and collaborating with your team to support client satisfaction, make sales, and increase business revenue.
Primary Estimating Duties:
- Visit job sites, perform maintenance inspections, oversee quality control, and thoroughly review plans and blueprints
- Follow our bid protocol to develop timely, competitive estimates
- Coordinate with installation leads to ensure takeoffs and estimates accurately reflect field conditions and availability of materials and labor
- Review open quotes, answer client questions, and close jobs

They’re looking to add a Plumbing Project Manager & Estimator to their growing team!
Position Overview: As a Plumbing Project Manager & Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing and estimating plumbing projects across Northeast Ohio. From blueprint to build, you’ll help deliver high-impact projects ranging from $1K to multimillion-dollar scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Estimate project costs, materials, and labor-experience with blueprint-based estimating is a plus
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Travel locally throughout Northeast Ohio to visit job sites and meet with stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing project management and estimating
- Background in commercial, industrial, or institutional plumbing projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to travel locally

Kimley-Horn's Los Angeles, California (CA) office is seeking a Plumbing Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join their MEP team!
**Responsibilities**
The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing design and engineering consulting, particularly within the healthcare industry.
+ Support plumbing design execution for various healthcare projects under the guidance of senior engineers
+ Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, coordination, and budgeting
+ Prepare engineering calculations, system layouts, and equipment selections for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
+ Assist in the preparation of cost proposals and project contracts, including add service agreements
+ Participate in MEP systems reviews, engaging with code officials, contractors, architects, and clients to drive compliance and quality.
+ Ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes and regulations
+ Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors
+ Participate in quality control reviews of MEP system designs, calculations, and drawings
+ Provide support to designers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
+ Gain experience in managing projects, with the opportunity for career growth into senior-level roles
**Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of experience in Plumbing design and engineering for healthcare projects within an engineering consulting environment
+ Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
+ Experience with design software such as Revit BIM, AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, and Easypower
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on project teams
+ A PE license and/or Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) is preferred, but candidates pursuing licensure will be considered
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking ability
+ Willingness to learn and grow in a project management capacity
**Base Salary Range:**
+ $150,000 - $260,000
+ Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation
