Growing commercial construction company based in Fullerton, California is seeking an experienced Senior Plumber with strong troubleshooting skills to perform commercial repair and maintenance work at financial and industrial institutions throughout Southern California, California.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Servicing work orders at various locations within Southern California
  • Troubleshooting and servicing commercial plumbing fixtures and systems including main lines, roof drains, valves, water closets and lavatories
  • Responding to emergency service requests
  • Preparing bids, field sketches and bill of materials to complete larger scopes of work requiring return trips
  • Plan, layout and complete scopes of work according to job specifications and code requirements

Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests.Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns effectively.Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.Retired plumber with a remarkable track record of over 25 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing settings.Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment is highly desirable.Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures.Proficiency in installing plumbing systems and components, such as pipes, faucets, toilets, sinks, and water heaters.Skill in performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning drains and checking for leaks.Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, service, repair, and maintenance.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in using digital tools for remote consultation and documentation.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.Stable internet connection.Flexible working hours to accommodate customer needs and training schedules. Physical Requirements: Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying environmental conditions, including hot and noisy environments. Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.Willingness to travel to various restaurant locations as needed.Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to accommodate client needs.
