We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Program Management Analyst with a strong background in program and project management to join a high profile, complex financial modernization project. The successful Program Management Analyst will be a key project team member and will be responsible for managing large and separate workstreams and track schedule, budget, risks and issues, scope, and quality. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a complex, fast moving environment, is a self-starter, has great attention to detail, and can work independently and within a team. The successful candidate will have a background in ERP systems, project management, and leadership. Experience supporting large, complex systems implementation and modernization projects as a program or project management analyst; ideally financial management system modernizations

Ability to analyze, and identify program task needs, work through complex issues, and communicate effectively problem solving, and providing solutions to critical tasks and meet high priority deadlines.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ability to maintain complete line of sight across program activities and being able to speak to the status of each initiative.

Ability to support the management and tracking of project schedule, budget, risk, quality, scope, and other key program management areas for a portfolio of projects

Ability to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) from clients and monitor progress against KPIs over entirety of program

Ability to create various forms of status reports, including weekly status reports for core project team members and executive level reports for executive steering committees

Ability to simultaneously manage disparate tasks in a fast-moving, complex environment

Prepare and present written communications, project plans, status reports, and briefing materials.

Monitor, track, and report on the status of various project requests related to financial management modernization

ERP experience in discovery/ implementation phase

Create and manage Project Management Plan (PMP)

What You Will Need:

Requires a University Degree and minimum of THREE (3) to FIVE (5) years of prior relevant consulting experience; some roles may require graduate-level education Master’s or Doctorate degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)

Experience with program management or project management methodologies

Experience creating and managing Program Management Plans (PMPs)

The PMO function is the operational arm of our professional services department, serving as the information hub between operations and delivery teams. This role is fundamental in meeting our annual organizational objectives.

In this role, you will be the right-hand team member to the PMO Regional Lead, working hand-in-hand on key operational areas while developing ownership of key PMO activities in our supportive, inclusive, and relaxed hybrid team environment.

What you’ll be doing.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Delivery Teams in your region, acting as a liaison between project managers and PMO leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional meetings as needed.

  • Monitor key financial metrics and proactively identify risks to support profitability and business growth.
  • Provide actionable insights and corrective recommendations to project managers and PMO leadership.
  • Deliver stakeholder-specific financial reporting and ensure adherence to governance, budgeting, and approval protocols.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for accurate reporting and budget control.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved efficiency through resource utilisation and capacity analysis.

Resource Planning & Optimisation

  • Assist the Regional PMO Lead with resource management and optimisation by:
    • Supporting capacity planning and demand forecasting.
    • Influencing resource assignments, resolving conflicts, and recommending effective solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll bring.

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO support, financial analysis, or a related analytical role
  • Solid understanding of resource planning principles and best practices
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and project cost management

Position Overview:

In this newly created role, you will help stand up and scale the Transformation Office at Brinks . Your primary focus will be building the infrastructure from governance processes and dashboards to reporting tools and operating rhythms that drives execution of high-impact initiatives across the enterprise.

Youll work closely with Transformation leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate fast-moving workstreams, prepare executive-level materials, and tackle one-off challenges that need sharp thinking and quick action.

Key Responsibilities

This is a hybrid position. You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, Michigan office. You will be expected to work onsite 3 days per week and may work remotely on the remaining days.

What you will do

  • Lead the weekly Project Status Reporting (PSR) process for New Product Development (NPD), summarizing key milestones and identifying risks to project timelines

  • Maintain and enhance Excel-based tools to track R&D project and budget performance and year-over-year trends by project and location

  • Monitor NPD resource allocation using a resource demand planning tool to ensure alignment with project priorities and forecast future needs

  • Collaborate with the enterprise PMO to improve resource planning tools and reporting capabilities

  • Create and update monthly PMO dashboards in PowerPoint to communicate project progress and challenges to leadership

  • Provide data analysis to support short- and long-term strategic planning initiatives

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences

  • Build and leverage internal networks to enhance data accuracy, reporting quality, and decision-making

What you need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in management, business, finance, or engineering is preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience translating data using Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating executive-level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment

  • Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) teams

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or aerospace

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

The Financial Information Services Agency (FISA) supports and maintains the financial and payroll systems of the City of New York. To achieve the high level of efficiency, reliability, and operability required for these types of systems, FISA performs planned upgrades and scheduled maintenance on these systems.

The Financial System (FS) IT Project Management Office (PMO) has the primary responsibility for initiating, executing, managing, and reporting on projects that integrate with the core financial applications. Successful project implementation requires a structured Project Management discipline for software delivery, governed by a customized FISA SDLC. The FS PMO Unit utilizes such an approach and is looking to increase its staff compliment with the addition of a Lead PMO Analyst.

The primary role of the Lead PMO Analyst, working under the direction of the FS Project Manager is to:

- Manage the overall FS IT Project Portfolio Governance process as well as the project management framework and project execution.
- Design, maintain and modify structured processes and work productions in areas such as: a) project planning, tracking, reporting; and b) project team organization, staffing and team set-up.
- Provide executive management reports and project guidelines.
- Assist FISA Project Manager(s) with cost projection, tracking and reporting.
- Provide FS PMO leadership, guidance, and coaching.
- Work with project sponsors, business stakeholders, and IT managers to ensure that business cases and project charters are appropriately documented and meet project standards and practices.
- Ensure PMO daily activities and work product deliverables are completed.
- Track and monitor project deliverables to an on time completion.
- Supervise FISA project management staff and ensure that a standardized set of procedures are applied to FS IT project work.

Position Roles, Responsibilities, and Activities:

The Lead PMO Analyst will perform the following tasks:

- Develop and carry out standardized project processes and templates for status reporting, project plans, and System Development Life Cycle deliverables for an IT PMO, including project portfolio management.
- Ensure project management standards are being executed across the FS IT Project Portfolio.
- Be a champion for continuous improvements in the FS PMO and ensure industry best practices are leveraged.
- Create and maintain project plans including establishing weekly, monthly, and quarterly project plan processes that include but not limited to deliverable identification, establishing a plan baseline, plan updates, and plan reporting.
- Establish processes for tracking and reporting deliverable status and ensure consistency across different FISA systems.
- Conduct portfolio management compliance monitoring.
- Analyze project requests to determine time frame, funding limitations (where applicable) and appropriate process.
- Develop and produce executive management status reporting.
- Responsibility for developing weekly status meeting agendas, reporting, and follow up action items to ensure timely completion of plan tasks.
- Provide training and education to business and technical staff on status reporting, creation of new or modification to existing project plans, and issue identification and mitigation strategy approaches.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues and implement mitigation plans.
- Manages project team meetings to effectively achieve results with minimal supervision.
- Build alliances with business analysts, architects, operations, and vendors to work collaboratively across business segments.
- Coach team members in project management disciplines.
- Track and report deliverable statuses, ensure consistency across different FISA system projects
- Monitor and manage multiple active projects.
- Manage, report, and escalate project risks, issues and action items necessary to ensure timely project completion.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Proficient in MS Project including customizing MS Project fields for tracking and reporting status and portfolio management.
- Excellent skills with other MS products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Methodology (SDLC).
- Knowledge and understanding of the Agile approach to project management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain project management metrics.
- Project Management Professional certification a plus.
