+ Provide efficient, effective and accurate administrative support functions for the Project Director and team as needed.
+ Super-user to support project team in Fiori/Ariba for PO processes and invoice resolution (accounts payable).
+ SME for project team training, system access requests.

**What's Needed?**

+ Excellent communication and organization skills. Experienced in setting priorities, composing correspondence, collecting data and preparing reports.
+ Mastery of standard software packages including MS Office as well as ERP systems.

Summary of Position:
We are seeking a proactive, organized Project Administration Coordinator, with Spanish language skills highly preferred, to support our team on public works projects. This multifaceted role includes project coordination, labor compliance, field hiring and onboarding, especially for Spanish-speaking workers, as well as general office and team support. The ideal candidate is collaborative, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-integrated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination
- Support daily activities of project managers and superintendents
- Manage and track project documentation, including but not limited to safety, subcontractor insurance subcontracts and change orders
- Support project setup activities such as bidding, close-out and other reporting activities
- Labor Compliance
- Collect and review certified payroll and skilled and trained workforce reports to ensure compliance with state and/or federal requirements (prevailing wage, apprenticeship and other public works and special requirements). Training will be provided on skilled and trained workforce tracking
- Maintain accurate compliance records including licensing and assist with audits as necessary
- Act as a point of contact, in coordination with the Risk Manager, to address compliance inquiries from field staff and subcontractors
- Field Hiring and Onboarding
- Assist with field onboarding, including outreach and paperwork for Spanish-speaking workers
- Assist with processing new hire paperwork, orientation materials and safety documentation
- Communicate workplace policies and requirements clearly in English, and preferably in Spanish as well
- Experience working with Labor Unions preferred
- Office and Team Support
- Provide general administrative support to project and office teams (e.g., preparing correspondence, maintaining files, scheduling meetings)
- Help coordinate team events, trainings and workshops
- Perform other miscellaneous duties to support the successful execution of projects and overall team efficiency
- This position involves working between the main office in Orange, CA and field offices to support project execution and team coordination. Time in the field is key to staying connected with jobsite operations and supporting field staff directly
Skills/Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction project coordination, labor compliance, labor unions, or field support, preferably on public works or affordable housing projects
- Familiarity with public works labor standards preferred (prevailing wage, apprenticeship, skilled and trained workforce)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred; (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management/document control systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with diverse teams and field crews
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $61,000 - $102,000

Cimarron and Amentum are seeking a Project Management Office Lead to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO or the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.
Key Duties:
- Provide expertise, guidance, and oversight for all project management activities on the contract.
- Establish standards and performance measures for key project management metrics.
- Develop and deliver tools, templates, processes, procedures, and training materials to support successful project execution across the contract.
- Facilitate integration across IRES Task Orders (TOs) to ensure consistent PMO processes and reporting, gather feedback, share insights, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Oversee delivery of enterprise project requirements in alignment with scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Recommend enterprise resource sharing and allocation across multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct training and certification for Project Managers and Integrated Project Leads, both new and recurring.
- Lead, mentor, and coach Project Managers and Integrated Project Leads to enhance communication, engagement, and coordination across diverse stakeholders.
- Act as an integrator across the contract, leveraging established relationships within the Missile Defense Agency.
- Perform supervisory duties, including performance evaluations, setting goals/priorities, and taking performance actions when necessary.
- Integrate systems engineering principles and requirements into project management and delivery processes.
- Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM), including authorizing charge codes, tracking labor against the control account, and collaborating with the Earned Value (EV) team on forecasting.
- Provide regular status updates and briefings to leadership, including senior government customers and stakeholders.
- Apply interpersonal skills to resolve both technical and organizational conflicts.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

- Prior experience leading teams in support of the Department of Defense National Security Programs.
