Job Overview
The HR Policy Advisor is the enterprise-wide owner of HR policies for both brands. As the organization’s sole policy specialist, this role develops, implements, and governs policies that ensure legal compliance, reflect company values, advance business goals, and foster a consistent, inclusive colleague experience across all locations. Partnering with senior leaders, Legal, HR Business Partners, and Colleague Advisory teams, the HR Policy Advisor ensures policies are clear, actionable, and responsive to evolving laws and organizational needs.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development, standardization, communication, and governance of enterprise-wide HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies align with company strategy, legal requirements, and industry best practices, partnering with Legal and key stakeholders to maintain compliance and clarity.
- Monitor labor law changes at federal, state, and local levels, proactively updating policies to reduce risk.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance the colleague and People Leader experience.

**What role you will play in our team**
+ Identify and understand energy transition market trends/opportunities as they relate to critical minerals
+ Assess the interplay between government policy and critical mineral market prices, supply chain data and forecasting and for the technologies and supply chains central to the energy transition
+ Recommend market segments to pursue, providing timely, insightful critical mineral analyses of market/business data to enable effective decision-making
+ Engage with stakeholders, government entities and 3rd party customers
+ This is a Houston, TX based ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions role
**What you will do**
+ Conduct data analysis, market intelligence and monitoring of critical mineral policy
+ Provide industry and market analysis related to trends, key drivers, business impacts
+ Develop and maintain the long-term demand forecasts
+ Monitor key industry reports for capacity addition announcements
+ Conduct customer/prospect, product, and competitor analyses to support business needs, leveraging broader Low Carbon Solutions organization, including Commercial and Business Development teams
+ Assist in project market analyses as required
+ Support opportunity development and marketing with external customers
+ Assist with commercial agreements between ExxonMobil and potential customers
**About You**
**Skills and Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business disciplines

+ The expected annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $300,000. Individual pay will be determined based on various factors, which may include skills, abilities, qualifications, work experience, and education.
