Broadridge is seeking a Director, Client Policy Implementation, to play a critical, individual contributor role at the intersection of client consulting, proxy voting policy deployment, and internal governance expertise. Reporting to the Global Head of Custom Policy, this Director will act as a senior subject matter expert, driving both client and internal stakeholder success.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Custom Policy Implementation
+ Partner directly with external clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements for custom proxy voting policy implementation.
+ Serve as the key consultant, translating client goals into actionable policy solutions utilizing Broadridges technology and services.
+ Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure client requirements are feasible, scalable, and accurately executed.
+ Act as an ongoing resource to clients throughout the implementation process and post-implementation.
Internal Advisory
+ Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on proxy voting, investor stewardship, and industry regulatory trends.
+ Develop and deliver training and educational sessions to internal teams to increase awareness and knowledge of governance best practices and stewardship trends.
+ Act as an internal resource for questions related to proxy policy, governance, and emerging industry standards.
Presentations, Analysis & Reporting
+ Create compelling client and internal presentations to explain complex policy requirements, stewardship trends, and Broadridges value proposition.
+ Design and generate ongoing reporting, analytics, and insights related to client engagements, policy implementations, and governance activities.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in finance, business, public policy, or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
+ 8+ years of experience in proxy voting, corporate governance, investor relations, or a related area; hands-on client consulting strongly preferred.
+ Deep understanding of industry trends, SEC/ESG regulations, and stewardship frameworks.
+ Experience collaborating with internal product or technology teams on solution implementation.
+ Proven ability to communicate complex regulatory or policy concepts to diverse audiences, internally and externally.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Exceptional presentation, training, and facilitation skills.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.).
Base Salary range $150,000.00-$165,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

How you'll have an impact at Kinder's: The Regulatory Compliance Manager will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that Kinder's packaging meet all regulatory guidelines. What are the Key Responsibilities of this Role
- Develop "best in class" regulatory labelling methodology and systems ensuring compliance for all packaging materials with applicable third parties and regulatory agencies.
- Interact and problem solve with external quality, regulatory bodies and consultants to ensure that Kinder's packaging meet all applicable requirements.
- Ensure that all labels and documentation are compliant with regulatory requirements and are accurate based on product formulations, ingredients etc.
- Monitor regulatory activities with food labelling regulatory standards and act as a liaison for all labelling regulatory compliance within Kinder's.
- Thoroughly review and approve all labeling materials, including nutrition facts panels, ingredient lists, allergen statements, and other text on packaging.
- Ensure labels comply with relevant regulations from agencies i.e. FDA, USDA and other certifying bodies.
- Verify that labels are accurate and truthful.
- Stay up-to-date on current and proposed food regulations.
- Develo and manage certification programs such as USDA Organic, COR, Gluten Free, or Kosher.
- Monitor and research industry trends, competitive products, and consumer advocacy groups.
- Interpret and apply regulations to specific product types and labeling situations.
- Maintain and update databases containing product specifications, nutritional information, ingredient lists, and allergen declarations.

The position will be based out of our 40,000 sq. foot office in Walnut Creek, CA. - 5+ years of regulatory work experience in the electrical field
- Familiarity with California's Registered Service Agent Program, NEVI, or IRA Licensing requirements
- Knowledge of Electrical or Electronic Installation regulations and repair or EV infrastructure maintenance
- Working knowledge of Jira or another computerized ticketing program

- Provide regulatory leadership to cross-functional teams on existing and new regulations of FDA/USDA/CFIA labeling compliance of import products including translation and labeling information verification.
- Lead regulatory compliance and interact with cross-function stakeholders in the US and headquarters in Korea to ensure labeling compliance.
- Identify and lead the development and continuous improvement of processes relating to

- Manage review, improvement, development, and implementation of regulatory and compliance processes, procedures, and training.
- Review and maintain accurate records of ingredients and nutritional values according to the regulatory requirements.
- Perform other projects/tasks as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant food regulatory experience.
