We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and hands-on individual to join our team as a Pool Service and Installation Assistant. This role involves working closely with the employer, traveling to multiple job sites daily, and assisting with a variety of pool maintenance and installation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet daily at a designated location and travel to job sites with the employer
Assist in opening and closing both in-ground and above-ground pools
Support the installation of pool equipment, such as filters (sand, DE, cartridge), salt systems, and electronics
Help install and repair in-ground and above-ground pool liners
Participate in the installation of in-ground safety covers and resurfacing of vinyl pool steps
Perform general clean-up duties at job sites
Operate small hand and power tools including screwdrivers, drills, vacuums, saws, hand carts, etc.
Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor on customers' properties
Requirements:
Ability to start each day at 7:30 AM and work until tasks are completed (end times vary) Physically able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, wet) Must be comfortable getting dirty and wet while on the job Wear casual, comfortable work clothing (e.g., jeans, shorts) and non-steel-toe work boots No personal cell phone use on job sites unless in an emergency (allowed during travel to and from sites) Must demonstrate professionalism and respect when interacting with customers and handling their property

We are seeking a high performing and enthusiastic Swimming Pool Cleaner to join our fast-growing team! As A Swimming Pool Cleaner for A Oasis, you will be responsible for professionally managing an assigned route that includes weekly and/or bi-weekly client visits. It is the Pool Cleaners sole responsibility for keeping the client's swimming pool clean and chemicals balanced while keeping an immaculate record of chemicals used, water temperature, and potential service repairs needed.
Expectations:
- Thoroughly brush the pool floor, walls, steps and seats.
- Responsible for safe and proper handling and mixing of pool chemicals; ensuring compliance with State Health and Safety Codes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool and spa area according to company standards
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, skimming, brushing, and emptying baskets
- Keep accurate records of all chemicals used and maintenance performed.
- Identify any issues with equipment and report to the proper personnel.
- Managing truck inventory of equipment
- Communicate the status of the pool with the homeowner.
- Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- The ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outside in a variety of temperatures.
- Prior work in various outside weather conditions is mandatory. Experience in pool cleaning is preferred, but not mandatory. We will train the right candidate.
- Comfortable in the use of chemicals

As a Construction Laborer in the swimming pool industry will help our crews on pool finishing locations with general laborer to help us re-finish pools for our customers. What do we need from you?
- Previous experience in construction or related trades positions preferred but not required.
- Able to physically perform the functions of the job which include bending, squatting, upper body movement and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Customer service attitude and the ability to interact with our customers and team members.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
- Willingness to travel (25%) with a $68 daily per diem.
