**JOB SUMMARY:**
This role is part of the Middle Office group, in Brentwood, TN, reporting to the Director, Middle Office, and is responsible for accurately reporting, monitoring, and analysis on the risks and volumes associated with physical and financial trading positions. The Middle Office is part of the Finance organization and independently monitors portfolio parameters within the Board-approved risk management policies and guidelines while also supporting the Commercial Organization's strategic goals and margin targets.
The Middle Office group is a primary user of Delek's ETRM (Energy Trading & Risk Management) which integrates the business processes, organizational accountabilities, reporting, and workflows associated with managing market exposure and commodity risk.

Responsible for ongoing monitoring of an assigned portfolio of loan and lease accounts to up to $10 mm to ensure timely and accurate credit risk ratings and compliance with credit policy and loan agreements. Works with management and the sales team as required.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
Complete continuous credit monitoring (CCM) for a portfolio of equipment finance loan and lease clients for more complex credits. Provide an independent credit quality assessment of the Bank's larger loan and lease clients identifying appropriate risk rating, credit risks and mitigates, industry concerns, market trends, financial trends, and other pertinent credit issues.
Individually assess ongoing risk of an assigned portfolio with exposures up to $0 mm, including direct and indirect syndication relationships and group participations.
Support various regions in terms of credit analysis functions by partnering proactively with sales and underwriting teams to prepare thoughtful risk assessment of customers on an ongoing basis to identify emerging risks or material changes in customer financial position, including evaluation of loan agreement compliance.
Evaluate and determine ongoing credit risks and corresponding risk rating of loan and lease clients through detailed financial statement spreading and analysis, industry assessment, collateral valuation, cash flow analysis and ability to repay annual debt service.
Mentor less experienced analysts as required.

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This position is responsible for providing Credit Risk oversight across the banks Residential Lending programs including conventional jumbo and government-insured loans (FHA, VA, USDA). Provide oversight on mortgage secondary marketing activities, including whole loan sales, bulk loan trades and securitization. Review and challenge credit policies, underwriting standards, and exception lending trends to ensure alignment with the bank's risk appetite.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Review and challenge residential lending business strategies, underwriting standards, risk appetite metrics, and exception management frameworks and ensure alignment to risk appetite.
* Assess emerging risks in mortgage portfolios and ensure alignment to Regulatory requirements including OCC, FDIC, FRB and CFPB and GSE guidelines.
* Monitor secondary marketing activities and assess post sale credit risks including repurchase, early payment defaults.
* Design and deploy monitoring frameworks to assess the performance of new product launches
* Analyze, monitor risk metrics to understand and improve consumer and residential portfolio diversification
* Identify gaps in current policy requirements and current practices;
* Support preparations for internal audits, regulatory exams and model validations.
* Act as a liaison between Risk and Capital Markets, Mortgage Operations and Finance Teams.
* Support risk presentations for senior management that include portfolio activities, risk analytics, performance review.
* Reviews and monitor completeness, accuracy, and usefulness of established credit policies and procedures related to assigned portfolios. Recommends Credit Policy and procedure changes for approval by the appropriate management committee. Oversees implementation of changes following Credit Policy updates to 1LOD procedures and processes where appropriate.

This is an implementation role and could require regular travel to support clients across the Americas region. You will use your strong project management capabilities to coordinate all aspects of the on-boarding process, including working with the PORT and Core Sales teams, understanding the client workflow, providing in-depth trainings and assisting clients in reconciling data.
