You Will
- Support and maintain system performance Develop and maintains all reporting required to support the commission process including prepare the bonus and incentives This includes, but is not limited to, ongoing monitoring of the system, testing, and implementation of system enhancements Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assist users with troubleshooting system issues, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement solutions
- Facilitate data integrity of system with knowledge of business rules and processes
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics reporting
- Conduct ongoing analyses by sales channel, distribution, product, market Ad hoc reports as needed
- Maintain working knowledge of all CRM system capabilities, functions, user needs and business processes
- Assist in development of business requirements and operations requirements
- Support system implementations such as electronic enrollment, file transfers, commission interface, web-site links, data exchange, electronic agent contracts with contracted entities
