**POSITION PURPOSE** : Responsible for maintaining the modeling components of the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) used by Utility Operations at Entergy as well as Outage Assist (formerly Storm Assist). The role is primarily responsible for support of the daily modeling process that builds and delivers high-quality, foundational data needed to operate the ADMS. The role requires an in-depth understanding of Advanced Distribution Management Systems, real time SCADA systems, and electric distribution networks.
**Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility:**
+ Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available; this includes non-business hours on-call support
+ Analyze, develop, and implement solutions for system enhancements; Conduct a wide range of quality control tests and analysis to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
+ Provide an interface with software vendors for discussion, consultation, problem solving and best upgrade practices on the 3rd party systems
+ Design computer system solutions to solve complex business problems
+ Perform necessary investigation, analysis, and evaluation to determine project feasibility

+ Ensure the development of computer and information system plans that capitalize on the installed technology base and prudently employ new technology
+ Provide customer support and services for problem reporting, service requests and inquiries

**Experience:**
+ 4-6 years' experience (or 5 years w/advanced degree) of relevant technology delivery with Subject Matter Expertise for Operational Technology (OT), specific to GE's Advanced Distribution Management System and/or Outage Assist application
+ Proficiency in the design, development, and testing of ADMS/Outage Assist applications
+ Strong understanding of ADMS/Outage Assist modeling components
+ Strong understanding of client business needs and objectives
+ Understanding, familiarity and/or experience with GIS systems

integrity. Perform cycle counts, recounts, item stock, and other duties within the department.

**Job Summary:**
Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and
integrity. Perform cycle counts, recounts, item stock, and other duties within the department.
**Job Responsibilities:** (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
- Cycle count bulk and pick aisles to assist with KDG objectives.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner to support operations.
- Maintain the integrity of the company's inventory accounting system and ensure accuracy of all paperwork related to the inventory flow.
- Verify proper item/lot/quantity counts, as necessary.
- Ensures all distribution related documentation is maintained in an orderly and accessible manner per our quality procedures.
- Participate in receipt audits/reconciliations.
- Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other positions to assist in times of urgency, breaks, absences, or vacation.
**Education and Experience:**
- High School diploma or GED, preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant experience, required.
- Experience with MHE (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Material Handling, etc.), preferred.
**Knowledge and Skills:**
- Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certification requirements, required.
- Ability to operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
- Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
- General distribution knowledge.
- Ability to use a PC, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong initiative and drive for results.

The noise level is moderate to loud. There will almost always be exposure to work near moving mechanical equipment, exposure to precarious situations and potential temperature excursions. Occasionally the position will have exposure to fumes/airborne particles.

Analytics
⁃ Create and maintain system⁃based analysis and statistics, developing reports for data validation, build models, run scenarios, and assist in the preparation of results presentations for monthly review.
⁃ Publish regular KPIs and Dashboards
⁃ Supports data gathering and optimization.
