Replenish PAR areas by stocking items that have been ordered.

Perform inventories at all PAR replenishment sites by manually counting products, or by hand held computer for disposable and non-disposable items, including sterile processing items.

**Responsibilities**
+ Supports the development of critical regulatory and legislative initiatives to facilitate the execution of the strategic plan
+ Identifies system risks and evaluates risk reduction benefits of proposed mitigation strategy projects in the capital investment strategy
+ Leads the development and management of Asset strategies for programmatic investment decisions
+ Evaluates SCE's enterprise level risks and provides suitable mitigation options to senior management
+ Provides strategic and regulatory analysis for the company, specifically including competitive positioning, price forecasting, financial analytics, and regulatory planning scenario evaluations
+ Provides analyses, evaluation and management recommendations on key strategic initiatives
+ A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Ten or more years of experience in strategic planning, setting strategies at the department or organization level.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline
+ Experience with utility asset management, asset inspections, or vegetation management.
+ Experience working with and reviewing large amounts of geospatial and non-spatial data.
+ Experience conducting data quality analyses and performing high-level spot checks to ensure accuracy of information.
+ Experience evaluating technical solutions, risk analysis and cost benefit variables to make effective business decisions.
+ Experience developing communication materials (e.g., power point) and facilitate decision making conversations with senior leadership.
+ Experience coordinating or developing components of the General Rate Case and/or WMP.

+ This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The Market Management Team is looking for a **Distribution Strategy Market Management Lead** to help support and advance this well-established and growing team! In this role, you will work closely with our field sales, client management, underwriting, pricing, and other production areas to enable Guardian's Group Benefits business to achieve its strategic goals by formulating and executing on strategies to win in market.
As the Distribution Strategy Market Management Lead you will be accountable for: coordinating and developing localized market deep dives and assessments to understand regional performance drivers and collaborate with Distribution, Underwriting, Product, Pricing, and Marketing to develop and execute on strategies to achieve business objectives and growth goals within those markets. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and executing on new and unique growth opportunities to bolster sales. + Expert knowledge of Group Insurance Distribution, Underwriting, and/or Product operating models, with advanced knowledge of overall Group Insurance market dynamics
+ A strong background in leveraging large, disparate datasets to derive quantitative analysis aimed at uncovering localized trends and insights, and partnering with field leaders to develop and execute on strategies to achieve business goals
+ Ability to lead large cross functional initiatives, from kick-off through execution, and ensure alignment among all impacted parties

**Salary Range:**
$116,350.00 - $191,155.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
