Brooksource is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Apps/Dynamics 365 Developer for one of our Public Sector clients on their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) team. This team is responsible for providing Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and SharePoint solutions to meet the business needs of our client's partners.
As a Power Apps Developer, you will be expected to perform a complete range of information system analysis assignments including, but not limited to, designing, developing, testing, and implementing support for Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions using SharePoint, Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SiteCore and other computer systems and applications. This individual will be looked upon to provide technical support to other team members and evaluate new development tools and agency systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
• Develop and maintain MS dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize CRM solutions.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations with other systems including workflows and web services.
• Implement and maintain access control based on roles and security best practices.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team.
• Define use cases and gather business requirements.
• Effectively articulate potential solutions, ideas, and suggestions clearly
SKILLS
• Experience implementing & customizing Power Platforms & Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions with emphasis in Customer Service, Case Management and Field Service preferred.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP. Net, JSON, JavaScript development or other object-oriented programming languages
• Strong working knowledge in implementing data migrations, third party integrations (API's/SSIS), plug ins, automated CI/CD pipelines, and version management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
• Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint (plus)
• Certification - Microsoft CRM Application (plus)
• Experience in all phases of the SDLC (processes and best practices)
• Experience translating technical information in to easy-to-understand business concepts.

Compensation
As required by California law, the base salary range for this position in San Francisco is 90,000 to 135,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.

In this role, you will collaborate with test engineers, software developers, and data analysts to ensure the availability and integrity of geospatially referenced meteorological, climatological, space, and environmental data in various electronic formats for customers worldwide. * Support the enhancement of NOAA's scientific data search, discovery, and access systems through the scripting of automation tasks, primarily in Python.

We are building the Credit Trader Workstation (CTW), a central platform for all Credit Trading activities.The goal is to simplify and integrate everything into a single, streamlined platform. Integration with DSTS is complete; the next key initiative is integrating Bloomberg TOMS, with a focus on pricing components and an upcoming build of an RFQ (Request for Quote) engine and auto-hedging system.

Must Have Requirements:
- 3-5 years - strong Core Java development experience, particularly on server-side, low-latency systems
- Hands-on experience with data structures and scalable, high-performance platforms
- Strong understanding of full software development lifecycle including unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment
- Ability to pick up complex concepts quickly with minimal supervision - teachable
- Strong Java knowledge - the candidate should be able to write clean, working Java code with little to no guidance
- Data structures and algorithms - depending on the problem, the candidate should be able to identify the appropriate data structure and devise an efficient algorithm
- Communication - this is critical. Without clear communication, the candidate may misunderstand the question or fail to articulate their solution effectively
Nice To Haves:
- Exposure to Capital Markets (CM) or Fixed Income (FI) concepts (coupon rate, fixed rate coupons, bond pricing) is a strong plus but not required
- Familiarity with Fixed Income instruments is a plus (not quant pricing, but general bond pricing knowledge)
Education:
- Bachelor's in computer science or financial engineering
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: 95.66 - 96.66/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Job DescriptionRed Wing Shoes is seeking a Software Developer to join our Business Technology team. In this role, you'll combine problem-solving, programming, and technical management to support and enhance the systems that power our business. You'll provide hands-on application and project support, perform daily integration activities, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Please note: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or relocation assistance for this role. To be successful in this position, candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance to Red Wing, MN, as the role requires onsite presence one day per week (Thursdays).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions for assigned systems.
- Perform daily integration activities, including prioritizing incidents and coordinating work assignments.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using C#, Azure Functions, and related cloud technologies, as assigned.
- Build and maintain continuous integration/deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow software development best practices, including code reviews and version control.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degreein computer science, information technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
