**Position Overview **  
At The Home Depot, our Internal Communications team works closely with senior leadership to ensure that associates in our stores, supply chain, and support centers are informed and engaged.   
We are seeking a Manager of Internal Communications to support our Enterprise Communications team, leading the strategy, execution and measurement of enterprise campaigns. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a deep understanding of communications strategy and employee engagement; confidence and credibility when making strategic recommendations **;** and an ability to lead and influence business partners in ongoing campaign planning, measurement and analysis. The individual should be comfortable providing counsel to executive-level leadership and have at least 5-7 years of experience in communications, journalism, public relations, or similar fields.   
**Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities ** ** **  
+ Campaign Strategy & Execution: 60%  
Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide internal communication campaigns that align with business priorities and drive employee engagement. Translate complex initiatives into compelling narratives, manage end-to-end campaign planning, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple channels and audiences.
+ Business Partner Relationship & Process Management: 25%  
Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Build strong relationships to understand business needs, provide strategic counsel, and implement scalable processes that streamline campaign intake, planning, and execution. Champion collaboration and consistency.
Campaign Measurement & Analysis: 15%  
Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate the impact of internal campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging, channels, and timing. Regularly report on outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance reach, resonance, and employee understanding of enterprise priorities.  
Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Stay current on industry and new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 5 years + experience in Personal Risk Property & Casualty insurance.
• High School Graduate. College degree preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of all Property & Casualty insurance coverages, underwriting, and rating concepts. Includes underwriting knowledge of the affluent/HNW carrier markets.
• Must hold or be willing to earn a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred, or intent to pursue a designation.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables.
• Comfortable with internet-based programs and navigating carrier marketing websites. Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred, but not required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.

A significant aspect of this position involves proactive and reactive crisis communications, where you will play a key role in developing strategies, crafting sensitive messaging, and managing communications during challenging situations. You will be responsible for monitoring media coverage, identifying potential reputational risks, and advising senior leadership on communication strategies. Crafting press releases, media advisories, fact sheets, and speeches, and pitching stories to relevant media contacts will be part of your daily responsibilities. Developing and executing strategic media outreach plans to support company initiatives, product launches, and corporate announcements is crucial. You will also manage media interview logistics, prepare spokespersons, and provide media training as needed. Building and maintaining a robust database of media contacts across various sectors is essential.
