The Predictive Modeling Sr Manager leads the development, innovation, and quality of predictive modeling services including computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and energy modeling across the organization. They manage a team of subject matter experts, driving alignment on technical standards, best practices, and team capabilities while ensuring service excellence and sustainable growth. Acting as a strategic and technical leader, the Predictive Modeling Sr Manager plays a critical role in enhancing the company's expertise, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications for the Role are: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field required. 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum 10 years in predictive modeling and mechanical design required, including mission critical and data center experience. Proven expertise in leading cross-disciplinary technical design teams. Experience with a variety of facilities, including healthcare, research labs, and large venues. Proficiency in CFD software (ANSYS Fluent, StarCCM+, FloEFD) and energy modeling tools (IESVE, eQUEST, EnergyPlus). Advanced understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics. Familiarity with AEC software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks). Scripting skills (Python, C++, Java) for automation and modeling enhancements. Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, including ASHRAE standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Acting as a strategic and technical leader, the Predictive Modeling Sr Manager plays a critical role in enhancing the company's expertise, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications for the Role are:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field required. 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 10 years in predictive modeling and mechanical design required, including mission critical and data center experience.
  • Proven expertise in leading cross-disciplinary technical design teams.
  • Experience with a variety of facilities, including healthcare, research labs, and large venues.
  • Proficiency in CFD software (ANSYS Fluent, StarCCM+, FloEFD) and energy modeling tools (IESVE, eQUEST, EnergyPlus).
  • Advanced understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.
  • Familiarity with AEC software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks).
  • Scripting skills (Python, C++, Java) for automation and modeling enhancements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, including ASHRAE standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications for the Role are:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field required. 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 10 years in predictive modeling and mechanical design required, including mission critical and data center experience.
  • Proven expertise in leading cross-disciplinary technical design teams.
  • Experience with a variety of facilities, including healthcare, research labs, and large venues.
  • Proficiency in CFD software (ANSYS Fluent, StarCCM+, FloEFD) and energy modeling tools (IESVE, eQUEST, EnergyPlus).
  • Advanced understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.
  • Familiarity with AEC software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Navisworks).
  • Scripting skills (Python, C++, Java) for automation and modeling enhancements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, including ASHRAE standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality in modeling outcomes.
