* Preflights / prepares electronic files for output.
* Refines, traps and inspects files.

* Outputs and inspects for accuracy and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
* Minimum of 5 years of prepress production experience required.

* Must have knowledge of printing terminology and practices.
* Must be able to maintain good attendance.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
* Must have basic computer skills (email, word processing, etc.).
* Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
* Must have knowledge in ESKO workflow or equivalent workflow
* Must have strong color correcting skills
* Must have strong quality inspection skills

* Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods.

- Set up builds and start up 3D printers, monitoring build processes for optimal performance.

- Remove completed prints and printer platforms upon build completion.

Position requirements include cutting printed graphics using a variety of wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades, as well as applying the product to substrates. The Production Specialist may be required to work in the field performing installations to vehicles, and building interiors and exteriors using a ladder or mechanical lift system. Careful attention to detail utilizing work orders that outline specifics for each custom order is paramount.

Technicians of Cell Production will play a pivotal role in supporting Engineers of the solar cell manufacturing process. The primary purpose of the technicians is to operate and maintain specialized production equipment and manage raw materials in the print process, following standard procedures to maintain the manufacturing process in good condition. This role involves conducting constant checks on equipment and documenting and troubleshooting according to established technical guidelines. The main performance goals of technicians in Cell Production are ensuring production output, collecting production data, and maximizing equipment runtime. They will play a crucial role in assisting the Shift Leader & Engineer to fulfill these goals as a team.
Core Responsibilities
Main tasks of Cell Production Technicians should include, but are not limited to, the following:
Operation Performance
Always keep designated operation locations and adhere to working hours.
Confirm the daily production plan with shift supervisor and shift leader.
Monitor current production status, analyze performance data, and report findings to engineering personnel.
Product Management
Conduct standard production operation and respond to equipment alarms.
Ensure production data, including Production Order (PO) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) data are synchronized and properly documented for engineering review.
Adhere to production safety regulations.
Operate Equipment at the HMIs and register production performance into MES.
Control production logistic.
Measure the paste laid down on the wafer regularly.
Conduct maintenance when equipment breaks down.
Maintain equipment by regularly cleaning the conveyor belt, buffer slot, etc.
Replace conveyor belts, motors, and basic operational parts.
Act in case of cell quality issues such as process condition changes, cleaning equipment or materials in use, materials changes.
Conduct shift production closure tasks.
Materials Management
Always be aware of wafer and raw material status.
Handle materials such as silver/aluminum-based paste, screens, and squeegees.
Keep a log of any consumable goods carried out from inventory.
Manage on-site warehouse and enter material input into the system when they are being used.
Activities such as new paste mixing, used paste filtering, and manual paste input/output.
Dispose of production waste and disposable materials.
Communications
Execute engineering and operation assignments delivered from Leadership position.
Ensure operators on the following shift understand current production status and engineering updates.
Educate standard training to newly hired Technicians.
