Responsibilities
Summary: The Urology Hospitalist provides comprehensive urologic care to hospitalized patients, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and management of urological conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage urological conditions in hospitalized and ER patients, including phone call consults from outlying facilities.
- Perform urological procedures and surgeries as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Consult with patients, families, and healthcare providers for comprehensive urological care.
- Participate in rounds and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Maintain accurate medical records.

Other requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
