Under general supervision, a Painter will perform routine and preventive maintenance painting duties, and a full range of specialized painting projects including, painting large structures in severe environment; performs inspections, clean ups, storage, and disposal of paint products; and operates various tools and equipment. May be required to perform additional duties as deemed necessary by the Production manager for the completion of the job in a safe and timely manner. Must be able to travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a variety of routine and preventive maintenance painting duties
  • Prepare and mix paint, specifically standard epoxies and UHS coatings
  • Prepare and paint a variety of surfaces including, aluminum, ferrous metal, interior shop coat metal, uncoated metal, accessories, and other surfaces as specified; protect and prime surfaces as appropriate; apply finish coating to our standards
  • Correct work as directed, any imperfections in the finish
  • Clean up work areas, equipment, supplies and materials; apply standard safety practices and procedures
  • Always follow manufacturers specification
  • Assist in training other workers as necessary
  • Use proper PPE
  • Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment
  • Implement and follow the company's safety, quality, and environmental policies; and OSHA requirements in the shipbuilding industry
Qualifications:
  • Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
  • Attentive to detail and alert always to ensure safety
  • Able to receive, and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to safely operate various vehicles and equipment

Position Summary:

Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Family Preservation / Home Based Therapist provides individual and/or family assessment, psychotherapy, and TBS to caregivers, children, and families in Cuyahoga County. Sessions occur in the home and community. Coordination with DCFS and/or other referrals sources and other formal supports is expected. Work hours are flexible, some evening hours are expected.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide psychotherapy and therapeutic behavioral services (TBS) based on client assessed needs.
  • Provide referred families and individuals with assessment services, as needed. Identify problems within family system and utilize appropriate interventions to address diverse family needs.
  • Interview clients to obtain information pertinent to establishing and maintaining effective client records and Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs). Develop and coordinate focused, measurable and achievable ITPs that are consistent with the client and family's identified needs. Gather information in a timely and systemic manner that will enable ongoing diagnosis, assessment, and treatment planning that includes DCFS or court concerns and recommendations into treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families and clients in the development of crisis plans and provides crisis assistance and coaching as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strengths-focused, professional alignment and engagement with families.
  • Work within team setting and coordinate with ongoing DCFS worker and other professionals involved in case. Identify needed resources/referrals and make necessary linkages to assist with stabilization and to ensure ongoing support for the family.
  • Analyze appropriate situations in need of crisis intervention and make mandated reports to KIDSLINE, the DCFS caseworker, the family, supervisors and collateral contacts as indicated.
  • Submit reports and documents in a timely manner consistent with Child and Family Focused or other contractual expectations.
  • Assist clients and families with the development of skills that will enhance and improve family functioning in areas that include but are not limited to interpersonal relationships, anger management, coping, etc.
  • Provide supportive services to client and school staff as needed and requested by parents and school administrators.
  • Meet productivity expectations established for community based therapy staff.
  • Close cases in a timely manner, accurately completing discharge and aftercare plans and related paperwork based on goal achievement and/or agency policy/procedure.
  • Form and maintain collaborative working relationships with natural supports, collateral professionals and/or agencies concerning individual cases.
  • Assist and advocate on behalf of clients and families to secure needed resources, services and supports.
  • Maintain a professionalism with clients and families that reflects courtesy, respect and the highest ethical standards.
  • Maintains flexibility in scheduling to accommodate evenings for appointments as needed.
  • Secure supervisory signatures per licensing guidelines and agency policy/procedure.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Current and valid LSW, LPC, or MFT license.
  • Training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

The function of this position is to provide direct assistance to the Consumer Real Estate Servicing Department, specifically Property Preservation workflow, and must comply with bank and investor guidelines in the collection, maintenance and legal aspects of delinquent and current portfolio and investor mortgage loans.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring borrower accounts to minimize the company's risk, and ensure compliance with all regulations as it relates to property management
    • Research and understand state, county, city, municipal, investor, and bank regulations to determine if property meets criteria
  • Ordering, reviewing, tracking, and maintaining inspections to adhere to regulatory property maintenance guidelines
  • Ordering, reviewing, tracking, and maintaining remedial preservation and utility work to adhere to regulatory property maintenance guidelines
  • Communicating with vendors handling property maintenance guidelines
  • Prepare and submit applicable reports as related to property preservation actions
  • Ordering and evaluating e-appraisals
  • Analyzing generated reports regarding delinquent property taxes
    • Research, track, and communicate with borrowers and tax entities
  • Reviewing and processing property management invoices for services
  • Preparing and mailing notifications to borrowers per investor, guarantor, state, insurer, or bank guidelines
  • Assisting with above responsibilities for portfolio, investor, and Owned Real Estate (OREO) accounts
  • Complying with applicable regulations including but not limited to Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Service Member Civil Relief Act, Dodd-Frank Act (UDAPP) as the relate to consumer real estate loan collections
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or directed

In This Role, You Will:
  • Order property preservation services, preparing and maintaining records, and documenting work performed by NFR and Deanco on vacant properties
  • Order property inspections to identify damage or defects, and input results into IHFA systems
  • Obtain P&P approval from FHA & FNMA on all Deanco property preservation work requested
  • Ensure properties are in conveyance condition for conveyance to FHA
  • File hazard insurance claims on all properties in foreclosure with damage
  • Order appraisals for bidding instructions, and advise Foreclosure department to order FHA appraisals
  • Process and pay all Deanco property preservation invoices, and upload results and photos to OnBase
  • Manage utility bills on vacant properties
  • Initiate and monitor eviction processes, and set up lockouts on FHA loans after foreclosure
  • Other job duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and through written electronic correspondence
