- Must be familiar with press operations.
- Assembles, installs, and aligns dies in press according to specifications working with die setters.
- Set up and place coil on mandrel.
- Adjust coil and run through feeder.
- Starts press and observes operation to detect misalignment or malfunction.
This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Stamping Supervisor. Required experience:
- High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must be able to use Micrometers, calipers, and scales.

In this position, you will need:
+ Make ready and operate equipment based on the written instructions provided.
+ Establish and maintain color and/or fold and mechanical quality to BPC standards.
+ Continuously monitor the product for quality and approve or reject.
+ Direct, guide, and coordinate the activities of assigned crew members to exceed production standards while maintaining customer quality.
+ Perform assigned make-ready duties.
+ Complete required general maintenance and lubrication assignments.
+ Complete required documentation, electronic and paper, for an assigned job.
+ Perform duties of other Print Service manufacturing positions as needed, following requisite training.
Required Qualifications
+ 2-3 years of previous Print Operator experience, including setup and operation.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
+ Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed to run the product for the highest quality in the safest manner.
+ Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Must have the ability to utilize a computer to ensure the quality of the product.
+ Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions, and use vision to identify defects.

In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime and shift differentials. **Job Responsibilities**
+ Operate hydraulic punch presses
+ Complete parts to Work Order specifications
+ Complete required documentation, written/data entry - Check parts for quality by use of provided equipment (dial calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, blue laser, etc.)
+ Accepts additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by supervisor
**Physical Demands**
+ Can be completed in standing or seated position
+ Repetitive bending of wrists/hand, gripping/pressing of parts with hands/fingers
+ Repetitive reaching of arms to retrieve parts or to load parts into dies.
+ Repetitive use of foot pedal on specific machines
+ Repetitive pressing of trigger buttons on specific machines
+ Occasional lifting of single parts and/or bins ranging from 30 to 50 (or more) lbs.
+ Operation of hand tools, jib cranes, lifts, die carts, and tow motor where necessary
+ Written, oral, and/or data entry communications
**Job Requirements**
+ 1+ years of Machine Operation experience
+ High School diploma or GED
+ Basic Reading/Writing Comprehension
