Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Press Brake Helper to assist in the setup and operation of press brake machinery used to bend, form, and shape metal components. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a metal fabrication setting and be comfortable working independently or alongside a press brake operator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and staging of materials for press brake operation

  • Load and unload metal parts onto press brake machines

  • Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality

  • Operate hand tools and basic measurement devices (tape measure, calipers, etc.)

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Support machine operator with tooling changes and minor adjustments

  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

  • Maintain consistent productivity on 2nd shift with minimal supervision

Qualifications:
