We are currently seeking a Press Brake Helper to assist in the setup and operation of press brake machinery used to bend, form, and shape metal components. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a metal fabrication setting and be comfortable working independently or alongside a press brake operator.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and staging of materials for press brake operation
Load and unload metal parts onto press brake machines
Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
Operate hand tools and basic measurement devices (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support machine operator with tooling changes and minor adjustments
Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
