**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking a highly skilled and analytical **Pricing Manager** to join our team. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitiveness of our critical pursuits. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, cost structures, and client requirements to ensure our services are priced effectively.
The role will work across all business lines and geographies, integrating as necessary into Enterprise Critical Pursuit teams. The ideal candidate understands business fundamentals that include business development, client leadership, P&L, project delivery, and can convey innovative solutions. This role will report directly to the Strategic Pricing Director, Americas.
This will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and in-office, and can be located in, but not be limited to: Dallas, TX; Austin TX; Houston, TX; Denver CO
**Job Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:**
+ Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's financial goals and market conditions.
+ Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor pricing, and client needs.
+ Analyze cost structures and project budgets to determine optimal pricing models.
+ Create and maintain financial models to forecast pricing impacts and profitability.
+ Monitor pricing performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
+ Communicate pricing strategies and changes to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.
+ Support the development of pricing related reports, procedures and guidelines.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience with price analysis, revenue management and/or other relevant financial experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Proven experience in developing and implementing successful pricing strategies
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
+ In-depth knowledge of pricing methodologies, market dynamics, and competitive analysis
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience working in engineering consulting a plus
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
+ Good knowledge and understanding of revenue and costing principles.
+ Strong analytical and modelling skills
+ Expert-level skills in Excel and experience with pricing software
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy Development:
Assist in the formulation and execution of pricing strategies aligned with the PRCs business objectives, customer needs, and market positioning. Monitor industry trends and economic factors to support pricing structure optimization. Support structuring leveraged equipment transactions ranging from 10K to 200MM.
Credit Support:
Monitor credit limits, expirations, and quality in collaboration with senior team members. Ensure pricing aligns with the companys investment policy and credit standards. Partner with Lenders, Capital Markets Group, and Syndication team regarding portfolio credit requests.
Financial Analysis:
Perform data-driven financial analysis to evaluate pricing performance and develop actionable insights. Support the development and refinement of pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability.
Market Research:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about pricing trends and customer preferences. Use findings to propose adjustments to pricing strategies.
Pricing Optimization:
Apply pricing optimization techniques to balance revenue generation with customer demand and market conditions. Assess customer requirements and price elasticity to support strategic adjustments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, portfolio management, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies align with broader business goals. Provide pricing support to facilitate informed decision-making.
Pricing Tools and Technology:
