**Accomplish**
This role of Principal Project Management requires candidate to have direct manufacturing experience and technical aptitude. Position requires candidate to assist in development and execution of all spare's solicitation orders and subsequent awards (e.g., Minor Spares, Standalone Spares, Service Life Mod Spares, and Performance Based Logistics Spares). Candidate will be accountable to provide technical guidance, along with helping oversee and manage all aspects of the proposal and execution process. This requires candidate to assist the Support Hardware Manager, acting as the technical resource and focal point in executing the spares orders, interfacing with all other Program functions that support the timely award, execution and successful delivery of all spare orders (e.g., Contracts, Business Management, Pricing, Operations, Global Supply Chain, Engineering, Goods Movement, Quality, and Pack / Ship). In addition, candidate must be able to provide support for rapid manufacturing efforts, determine required parts configuration through available analytical tools, and coordinate the expediting of parts and technical support. Candidate must be able to develop and provide recommendations for additional efficiencies, leverage manufacturing and supplier/OEM experience, and act as the conduit for logistics and engineering elements. Candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work independently with minimal direction and possess hands on experience interpreting technical data along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills aligned with senior professional classification.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 5 years of experience supporting sustainment / manufacturing OR 3 years' experience with a master's degree

Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

+ Build strong relationships with project sponsors at all levels. Assess project cross-functional resource requirements and proactively engage sponsors and functional leaders to fill resource gaps on a timely basis to ensure project success.
