Seat Overview
Our Print Production Department manages all aspects of in-house and third-party print production, as well as sourcing and executing company merchandise. This is a hands-on, in-office department that ensures quality, accuracy, and consistency across every project. Though small in size, the team plays a critical role in bringing creative work to lifeproving every day that were small but mighty.
Part-time or Full-time
Part-time: 10-20 hours / week through the holiday season with potential to continue into 2026.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and ship print and event materials
- Merchandise decorating and kitting
- Assist with post office drop-offs and deliveries
- Proof deliverables for accuracy and consistency
- Provide general event-related operational support as assigned
- Update and organize order information
- Assist with third party vendor coordination
Required Qualifications, Skills and Behaviors
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage routine tasks independently
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages (up to ~50 lbs) and perform light physical tasks
