  • Apply strategic frameworks and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of Commercial Excellence initiatives across the organization.
  • Conduct research, develop business cases, and support the design of new operating models, processes, and tools.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations and updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor initiative progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team effectiveness and operational performance.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director to support strategic planning cycles and initiative prioritization.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
