The main responsibilities include:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, from problem framing and analysis through execution and impact tracking.
- Apply strategic frameworks and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of Commercial Excellence initiatives across the organization.
- Conduct research, develop business cases, and support the design of new operating models, processes, and tools.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations and updates for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor initiative progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team effectiveness and operational performance.
- Partner with the Sr. Director to support strategic planning cycles and initiative prioritization.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management roles.

Compensation: This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
