**Position Summary:** Supervises the day-to-day operations of a 3-person site within a legal office environment providing services such as copy, production, and scanning, fax, mail, and shipping, hospitality assistance, conference room set up and scheduling, receptionist backup, facilities support, and inventory control. Reports directly to an Account Manager and works to provide employee developmental support. The Site Supervisor is the point person for customer issues as well as providing direction for issue resolution. High volume litigation printing and binder making. Will also assist in employee relations matters as it pertains to supervising and directing. Works to develop, implement, and review procedures for compliance and improvement. Prepares, creates, validates, and invoices client(s) as per the customer's billing needs. Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate with senior level attorneys, partners, clients, opposing counsel, court reporters, vendors, staff, and others. The Site Supervisor is the point person for customer issues as well as providing direction for issue resolution. Works to maintain and control an acceptable profit level within the site while looking for additional service offerings to enhance the customers workflow.

As the continuous improvement technician (hourly), you will rely on your previous manufacturing
experience to drive continuous improvement around the facility, reduce waste in the process,
create and design robust processes, and improve efficiency in the value stream. You will show

You will join the Fall River Commercial Laundry manufacturing engineering team. In each
area, we produce large commercial laundry dryers or washers. You will lead continuous

quality, fabrication, programmers, supervisors, and leadership. You will be expected to self
lead your projects, use the Whirlpool tools, document data, and show clear improvements.
You will be required to support production to meet production demands as needed. You will

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control inspector for a Joplin-based machine shop. The Quality Control role ensures that all manufactured products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with ISO and AS9000 standards. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections during the manufacturing process to verify compliance with ISO and AS9000 standards
- Perform quality audits and document findings for continuous improvement
- Use precision measuring instruments such as CMMs, calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems
- Implement and monitor HACCP protocols to ensure food safety where applicable
- Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on quality performance metrics
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and corrective actions
- Support the maintenance of quality systems to improve reliability and customer satisfaction
Requirements & Skills
- Prior experience with QA/QC processes and quality audits in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to interpret technical data and use precision measuring instruments

**Position Summary:**
Supervises, plans, coordinates and directs quality control program designed to ensure food safety consistent with established company and regulatory standards. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company
