Responsibilities:

- Proven experience owning and delivering data-centric software products in privacy, security, AI/ML, or adjacent domains.
- Advanced programming skills with core expertise in Python.
- Hands-on knowledge of: Data anonymization frameworks (e.g., k-anonymity, t-closeness, l-diversity).
- Synthetic data generation techniques (GANs, diffusion models).
- Differential Privacy techniques and algorithms.
- Container/API platforms, distributed systems, and scalable data processing.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence across geographies and functions.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
